رابطه ی هوش هیجانی و تعهد سازمانی با خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه ی کارشناسان در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان

چکیده

امروزه در سازمان­ها خلاقیت و نوآوری اهمیت زیادی پیدا کرده است. عوامل فردی و سازمانی متعددی بر خلاقیت و نوآوری کارکنان تاثیر دارد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و تعهد سازمانی با خلاقیت و نوآوری کارشناسان در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان و ادارات وابسته­ی آن تشکیل می‌دادند (400N=) که از این میان تعداد 178 تن با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. داده­های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. روایی ظاهری و محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و تایید شد. نتایج مدل­یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان‌ داد که هوش هیجانی و تعهد سازمانی با خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه کارشناسان رابطه مثبت و مستقیم دارند. به علاوه، تحلیل میانجی نشان داد که هوش هیجانی از طریق تعهد سازمانی، به طور غیرمستقیم با خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه کارشناسان رابطه دارد. مدل تحقیق توانست حدود 36درصد واریانس در خلاقیت و حدود 30 درصد واریانس در رفتار نوآورانه کارشناسان را تبیین کند. به طور کلی، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که توجه به هوش هیجانی و تعهد سازمانی کارشناسان می‌تواند بر افزایش خلاقیت و رفتار نوآورانه­ی آنها تاثیرگذار ‌باشد و بنابراین بهبود آنها باید مد نظر مدیران سازمان قرار گیرد.
