بررسی صلاحیت های فردی و الزامات آموزش پایداری اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان البرز

چکیده

اعضای هیئت علمی به عنوان ارزشمندترین و حیاتی‌ترین سرمایه‌های هر دانشگاهی در نظام آموزشی به شمار می­روند که می‌توانند دانشگاه را در حرکت به سوی جامعه‌ای پایدار و رسیدن به آن کمک کنند. بدین منظور در این تحقیق به بررسی صلاحیت­های فردی و الزامات آموزش پایداری اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی پرداخته شد. این مطالعه با رویکرد اکتشافی بر پایه راهبرد پیمایشی و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب در بین 146 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان البرز و با به کارگیری پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که به منظور توسعه صحیح فعالیت‌های تدریس در مراکز آموزشی در خصوص آموزش پایداری داشتن دانش کافی و مواد آموزشی بهتر به عنوان عواملی مهم در تدریس شناخته شد و به منظور تقویت آموزش به عنوان یک کارکرد اساسی، تجربیات عملی نیاز به افزایش دانش، تجربه و کسب اطلاعات بیشتر در آموزش پایداری دارند. فزون بر این به منظور ارتقاء صلاحیت های فردی در میان اساتید، افزایش آزادی و داشتن خود مختاری برای رسیدن به نتایج مطلوب در حوزه آموزش پایداری به عنوان اولویت‌هایی مهم در این زمینه به دست آمد.
