بررسی نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی در رابطه میان سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی با عملکرد شغلی در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان

چکیده

شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد شغلی همواره یکی از دغدغه‌های پژوهشگران بوده است. بر این اساس، این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی، انگیزش شغلی و عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی می‌پردازد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان به تعداد 635 تن بوده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 242 تن تعیین شد که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، چهار مقیاس استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی کارملی و همکاران (2009)، انگیزش شغلی آمابیل و همکاران (1994)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و میر (1990) و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1992) بود که پایایی آنها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد (64/0≥α≥94/0). داده‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل‌‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و با کمک نرم افزار  SmartPLS 3.0 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تعهد سازمانی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی با عملکرد شغلی کارکنان در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان ایفا می‌کند. در نتیجه می‌توان گفت با بهبود تعهد کارکنان از طریق عواملی چون سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی، می‌توان  عملکرد شغلی آنان را بهبود داد.
