ادراک آموزشگران شرکت‌های خدمات مشاوره‌ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی از صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای مورد نیاز در فرآیند آموزش

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر سنجش ادراک آموزشگران شرکت­های خدمات مشاوره­ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی از صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای مورد نیاز در فرآیند آموزش بود. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را تمام آموزشگران شرکت­های خدمات مشاوره­ای که دارای سابقه برگزاری دوره­های آموزشی در سطح استان­های ایلام و کرمانشاه بودند، تشکیل داد (1853N= ). با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) و روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای با انتساب متناسب، تعداد 317 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند، که در نهایت 297 نمونه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند (نرخ بازگشت 94 درصد). ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود که روایی محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر جمعی از متخصصین ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی تأیید شد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، ادراک آموزشگران از وضعیت مطلوب (اهمیت) و موجود (دارا بودن) صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای مورد نیاز در فرآیند آموزش به ترتیب در سطح بالا و متوسطی قرار داشت. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از همبستگی، بین سطح تحصیلات، سابقه عضویت و سابقه فعالیت آموزشی با میزان دارا بودن صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای فرآیند آموزش رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین وضعیت مطلوب (اهمیت) و موجود (دارا بودن) صلاحیت­های حرفه­ای مورد نیاز در فرآیند آموزش اختلاف معنی­داری وجود دارد.
