طراحی مدل کارآفرینی سازمانی ترویج کشاورزی در زمینه توسعه پایدار کشاورزی

چکیده

هدف کلی این تحقیق طراحی مدل کارآفرینی سازمانی ترویج کشاورزی در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی است. در حقیقت، هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه­ها و متغیرهای مدل کارآفرینی سازمانی ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی و تبیین رابطة بین این متغیرها در قالب یک مدل است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش شامل 2882 نفر از کارشناسان و مروجان ترویج کشاورزی کل کشور است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه­ای با انتساب متناسب و با روش فرمول کوکران به تعداد 315 نفر نمونه­گیری شدند. ابزار جمع­آوری اطلاعات پرسش­نامه بود. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه با کسب نظر‌های متخصصان و استادان ترویج کشاورزی و کارآفرینی دانشگاه تهران بررسی شد و اصلاحات لازم صورت گرفت. به‌منظور محاسبة پایایی پرسش‌نامه تعداد 30 پرسش‌نامه از سوی کارشناسان ترویج استان تهران تکمیل و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که مقدار آن برای بخش­های مختلف پرسش‌نامه بالاتر از 80/0 بود و این امر نشان می­دهد بخش­های مختلف پرسش‌نامه از پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است. داده‌های گردآوری‌شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و SPLS تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان می­دهد که کارآفرینی سازمانی ترویج بر نتایج سازمانی ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی اثر‌گذار است؛ همچنین نتایج نشان می­دهد که پیش­نیازها، تدوین برنامة کارآفرینی سازمان و چشم­انداز ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی بر پدیدة کارآفرینی سازمانی ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی تأثیر مثبت و معنی­داری می‌گذارند؛ علاوه بر این، تدوین برنامة کارآفرینی در سازمان و چشم­انداز ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی بر نتایج ترویج در زمینة توسعة پایدار کشاورزی هم تأثیر مستقیم دارد و هم از طریق اثرگذاری بر کارآفرینی سازمانی به‌طور غیر مستقیم مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to design entrepreneurship model of agricultural extension in the context of agricultural sustainable development. In fact the purpose of this paper is to identify the prerequisite (the influential factors of entrepreneurship), process (development of entrepreneurial program in organization); context (extension perspective in the context of agricultural sustainable development) and outcomes of Entrepreneurship model and determine how this prerequisite, process and context of model influence the entrepreneurship phenomenon and outcomes in the agricultural extension organizations. The statistical population of this study was agricultural extension experts (N=2882). Method of sampling was Proportional Stratified-random sampling method. Questionnaire was employed for data collection. Questionnaire validation was verified by the group of experts and professors of department of agricultural extension and entrepreneurship faculty of Tehran University. A pilot study with the 30 numbers of questionnaires was conducted to determine the reliability of research tools. Cronbochs alpha was computed to assess the reliability of the Questionnaire, its rate being determined as: 0/79 -0/93.  The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS and SPLS software. Results show that entrepreneurship of agricultural extension is a valuable key capability that predicts outcomes of organization in the context of agricultural sustainable development. Also data analysis indicate that every four factors of prerequisites and also process and context of model affect the development of entrepreneurship phenomenon in the agricultural extension organizations, and  also process and context of model influences organizational outcomes positively and directly and indirectly by means of the entrepreneurship.
