عوامل روانشناختی مؤثر بر رفتار حفاظت از خاک کشاورزان شهرستان نورآباد

چکیده

فرسایش زمین های کشاورزی به عنوان یک مشکل جدی زیست محیطی و اقتصادی در بسیاری از کشورهای در حال توسعه در نظر گرفته شده است. مخصوصا در ایران که نرخ فرسایش خاک سه برابر بیشتر از سایر کشورهای آسیایی است. کشاورزان، به عنوان ذینفعان مستقیم نقش مهمی در روند حفاظت از زمین‌های کشاورزی بازی می‌کنند. رفتار کشاورزان در حفاظت از خاک تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلفی است. بنابراین هدف از مطالعه­ حاضر بررسی عوامل روانشناسی مؤثر بر رفتار حفاظت از خاک کشاورزان شهرستان نورآباد است. برای رسیدن به این هدف از تئوری رفتار برنامه­ریزی شده به عنوان چارچوب اصلی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کشاورزان گندمکار شهرستان نورآباد (18500N= ) بود، که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، حجم نمونه 375 نفر تعیین شد. برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با به کارگیری نرم افزار AMOS24 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان رفتار حفاظت از خاک در بین بیشتر کشاورزان در سطح کم بود. براساس نتایج متغیرهای قصد، نگرش، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درک شده رابطه معنی‌داری با رفتار کشاورزان در استفاده از روش‌های حفاظت از خاک دارند. به‌علاوه متغیرهای قصد رفتاری و نگرش بیش‌ترین اثر مثبت و غیر مستقیم را بر رفتار کشاورزان داشتند. بنابراین ایجاد نگرش مثبت نسبت به خاکورزی حفاظتی در ذهن کشاورزان، افزایش سطح آگاهی و مهارتی کشاورزان در خصوص روش‌های حفاظت از خاک و ارائه تسهیلات و اعتبارات در قالب وام‌های کم‌بهره می‎تواند باعث افزایش اتخاذ رفتار حفاظت از خاک در بین کشاورزان شود.
