تأثیر ویژگی‌های فردی – خانوادگی بر امنیت غذایی خانوارهای روستایی

چکیده

امنیت غذایی یکی از عوامل حیاتی تأمین سلامت شخصی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی و یک نیاز بنیادین برای توسعه جامعه بشری است و مناطق روستایی تأمین‌کننده اصلی اقلام غذایی جامعه محسوب می‌شوند. با این وجود روستاییان همچنان از سطح پایین‌تری از امنیت غذایی در مقایسه با خانوارهای شهری برخوردارند. عوامل بسیاری بر امنیت غذایی اثر دارند، یکی از مهم‌ترین آن‌ها ویژگی‌های فردی و خانوادگی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرپذیری امنیت غذایی از این گروه از ویژگی‌ها بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه این تحقیق شامل خانوارهای روستایی دهستان شاوور (2624 خانوار) بود. حجم نمونه مورد مطالعه 300 خانوار بود که با استفاده از روش تصادفی با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از رگرسیون لجسیتک استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که تنها حدود 62 درصد از خانوارهای مورد مطالعه از امنیت غذایی مناسب برخوردارند. از میان ویژگی‌های فردی و خانوادگی مورد مطالعه، متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات سرپرست خانوار، سن سرپرست خانوار، دارا بودن فرزند ذکور، دارا بودن فرد فعال در خانواده، دارا بودن فرد شاغل در بخش غیرکشاورزی و نیز دارا بودن فرد دارای بیماری زمینه‌ای بر امنیت غذایی خانوار از نظر آماری اثر معنی‌داری دارند. با توجه به اینکه این گروه از متغیرها تا حدود 30 درصد می‌توانند پیش‌بینی وضعیت امنیت غذایی خانوار را بهبود بخشند، بنابراین، مدیریت و بهبود وضعیت امنیت غذایی مستلزم توجه به این گروه از ویژگی‌ها در کنار سایر ویژگی‌ها نیز هست.
