تعاونیهای بخش کشاورزی و بهویژه تعاونیهای طیور علیرغم جایگاه بسیار مهمی که در تولید و اشتغال دارند در سالهای اخیر با آسیبهای جدی مواجه شدهاند. تحقیق حاضر در پی شناخت دقیق مسایل و مشکلات این تعاونیها و اولویتبندی مهمترین آسیبهای آنها در حوزههای مختلف بوده است. لذا، هدف مطالعه حاضر تحلیل آسیبهای تعاونیهای طیور در استان همدان است. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بهشیوه تحقیقات پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعهآماری تحقیق را از اعضای هیئتمدیره تعاونیهای طیورتشکیل دادند و بهطور سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مهمترین ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در تحقیق حاضر، پرسشنامه محققساخته است که روایی صوری آن توسط متخصصان فن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی پایایی آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد که رقم 85/0 بهدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل یافتههای تحقیق به کمک نرمافزار آماری SPSS25 انجام شد. با بهرهگیری از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی، آسیبها در پنج گروه دستهبندی شدند. "آسیبهای زیرساختی-نوآوری" با تبیین 08/26 درصد از واریانس، بهعنوان مهمترین عامل معرفی شد. این عامل همراه با سایرآسیبها "آسیبهای اقتصادی-بازاری"، "آسیبهای محیط اجتماعی-فرهنگی"، "آسیبهای درون سازمانی" و "آسیبهای مدیریتی" در مجموع 96/63 درصد از واریانسکل آسیبپذیری تعاونیها را تبیین کردند.
