تأثیر اصول ارگونومی بر فرسودگی شغلی، استرس شغلی و بهره ‏وری کارشناسان کشاورزی(مورد مطالعه: استان کرمان)

چکیده

با توجه به نقشی که نیروی انسانی در هر سازمان دارد، پرداختن به موضوعاتی که منجر به کاهش آسیب‏های شغلی و افزایش بهره‏وری آنان در محیط کار می‏شود از اهمیت شایانی برخودار است. اما بررسی‎ها نشان می‎دهد که پژوهش‎های کمی در این زمینه انجام شده است. در این راستا، بررسی اثر به‏کارگیری اصول ارگونومی در محیط کار بر بهره‏وری شغلی کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان کرمان با میانجی‏گری استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی به­عنوان هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین شد. تحقیق حاضر، یک مطالعه‎ی کاربردی و علّی – ارتباطی است که با استفاده از پیمایش مقطعی و مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان کرمان بودند (1418=N). حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کریجسی و مورگان و با بهره‏گیری از روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی با انتساب متناسب، 306 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار جمع‏آوری داده‏ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن توسط پانلی از متخصصان تأیید گردید و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی محقق گردید. یافته‎های مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که اثر مستقیم اصول ارگونومی بر بهره‏وری، مثبت و معنی‏دار بود. اثر مستقیم اصول ارگونومی بر استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی منفی و معنی‏دار بود. همچنین اثر مستقیم استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی بر بهره‏وری منفی و معنی‏دار بود. اثر مستقیم استرس شغلی بر فرسودگی شغلی مثبت و معنی‏دار است و اثر غیر مستقیم اصول ارگونومی بر بهره‏وری معنی‏دار می‏باشد. در نهایت، یافته‎ها نشان داد که سه متغیر مستقل مورد مطالعه (اصول ارگونومی در محیط کار، استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی) توانایی تبیین 61 درصد از تغییرات واریانس بهره‏وری کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی کرمان را دارا می‏باشند.
