تدوین و اعتبار‌سنجی نظام آموزش محیط‌زیست در بخش کشاورزی

چکیده

هدف اصلی از این پژوهش ارایه یک الگوی نظام آموزشی مطلوب در بخش کشاورزی با رویکردی مسئولانه جهت حفاظت از محیط­زیست با تحلیل، شناسایی و تعیین مولفه­های آن بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بود که با دیدمان آمیخته اکتشافی آغاز گردید. در مرحلۀ کیفی، با روش نمونه­گیری غیراحتمالی هدفمند زنجیره­ای تعداد 30 نفر از خبرگان انتخاب شده و مصاحبه­های نیمه­ساختار­یافته به­عمل آمد و مفاهیم اولیه که دارای اشتراک در طبقه­های بالاتر بودند با لحاظ نمودن روند سیستماتیک، به­عنوان ارکان نظام، تدوین گردید. در بخش کمی به توصیف و آزمون مؤلّفه­های الگو اقدام شد. حجم نمونه‌ با توجه به اندازه جامعه آماری (200 نفر) و با بهره‌گیری از جدول مورگان 127 نفر درنظر گرفته شد. به­منظور بررسی روایی و پایایی مقیاس­های پرسشنامه و شاخص­های مورد­نیاز به تناسب، از تحلیل عاملی و آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و سایر آماره­های مورد نیاز ‌بهره برده شد. خروجی مشخص پژوهش؛ تحلیل، شناسایی و تعیین مولفه‌ها و میزان تاثیر آنها بر نظام مورد­نظر و ارایه الگوی نظام آموزش محیط­زیست در بخش کشاورزی با توانایی در ارایه خدمات آموزشی مناسب و موثرتر در بخش بود.
