نقش سرمایه اجتماعی و قابلیت‌های حرفه‌ای در توسعه کشت گیاهان دارویی

چکیده

گیاهان دارویی قدمتی همپای بشر داشته و به­عنوان یکی از اقلام صادراتی بخش کشاورزی و یکی از اصلی‌ترین منابع تامین نیازهای غذایی و دارویی بشر به­شمار می‌آید. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی نقش سرمایه اجتماعی و قابلیت‌های حرفه‌ای در توسعه کشت گیاهان دارویی به­عنوان یک نوآوری در بخش کشاورزی است. تحقیق کمی حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است که در آن از روش کار میدانی (پیمایشی) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل همه کشاورزان استان زنجان بود که در مجموع 389 نفر به­عنوان نمونه آماری مورد مطالعه انتخاب و اطلاعات با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به­وسیله نرم­افزار SPSS24 و AMOS24 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد بین بعد ارتباطی، شناختی و ساختاری سرمایه اجتماعی با توسعه کشت گیاهان دارویی رابطه مثبت و معنی­داری وجود داشت. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد مجموع اثر غیرمستقیم بعد ارتباطی و بعد شناختی سرمایه اجتماعی بر توسعه کشت گیاهان دارویی در استان زنجان از طریق قابلیت‌های حرفه‌ای کشاورزان مثبت و معنی­دار است؛ در حالی­که اثر غیرمستقیم بعد ساختاری سرمایه اجتماعی معنی‌دار نبود. راه‌اندازی رشته‌ها و برگزاری دوره‌های کوتاه­مدت توسط مراکز آموزشی فعال در سطح استان از جمله پیشنهادهای این تحقیق است.
