تحلیل عوامل موثر بر مصرف محصولات تراریخته و جامعیت مواد غذایی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز

چکیده

تحولات جدید علمی و برنامه­های کاربردی زیست­فناوری مانند محصولات تراریخته، به دلیل تاثیرات مهم در زمینه­های کلیدی مانند تولید غذا، از اهمیت ویژه برخوردارند. اگر محصولات تراریخته یک راهکار بالقوه برای چالش­های دنیا باشد، درک مسئولان از محور­های اصلی پاسخ­های­ جامعه نسبت به این نوآوری و محصولات آن­ها بسیار حائز اهمیت است. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل عوامل موثر بر مصرف محصولات تراریخته و جامعیت مواد غذایی انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، جامعه­ی مورد مطالعه از بین همه­ی 15575 دانشجوی دانشگاه شیراز که در تمامی مقاطع مشغول به تحصیل بودند؛ انتخاب شد. که یک نمونه 385 نفری با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای با انتساب متناسب بر اساس فرمول کوکران انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان دانشگاه شیراز مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی ابزار پژوهش با برآورد مدل اندازه­گیری و پس از انجام اصلاحات لازم به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از نرم­افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شد. شاخص­های نیکویی برازش در معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدل در ابتدا مطلوب نبوده است و بعد از انجام اصلاحات شاخص­هایی مثل RMSEA = 0.06 است که این مدل را در حد خوب برآورد می­کند. جامعیت مواد غذایی به عنوان متغیر میانجی با ضریب استاندارد 62/0- بر مصرف محصولات تراریخته تاثیر منفی و نسبتا قوی داشته است. سایر متغیر­ها به ترتیب بیشترین تا کمترین تاثیر عبارت اند از: نگرانی زیست­محیطی، نگرش به محصولات تراریخته، نگرانی سلامتی، عوامل فرهنگی، نگرش نسبت به علم ژنتیک، دانش درباره تراریخته. در بررسی میزان اثر متغیرهای مستقل وارد شده بر نگرانی جامعیت مواد غذایی، نگرانی سلامتی، نگرانی زیست­محیطی، هنجارهای اخلاقی، بیشترین و نگرش نسبت به علم ژنتیک، عوامل فرهنگی کمترین تاثیر را نشان دادند.
