واکاوی اثرات توان‌افزایی از طریق تأمین مالی خرد بر راه‌اندازی کسب و کار پایدار روستایی

چکیده

یکی از راهکارهای مهم در جهت توسعه پایدار روستایی، توسعه خوداشتغالی در بین روستاییان است. توان‌افزایی با تقویت شرایط و عوامل، فرآیند راه‌اندازی کسب و کار را برای روستاییان تسهیل و روند توسعه روستایی را تسریع می­نماید. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف کلی واکاوی اثرات توان‌افزایی از طریق تامین مالی خرد بر راه‌اندازی کسب و کار پایدار روستایی در استان کرمان، شهرستان قلعه گنج و در دهستان سرخ قلعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع توصیفی است. حجم نمونه با استفاده فرمول دنیل و روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی 518 نفر تخمین زده شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه­ بود که روایی آن براساس نظر کارشناسان و متخصصان امر اصلاح و تایید شد و پایایی آن هم به وسیله ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در بخش ابعاد توانمندسازی (75/0=α) و در بخش راه­اندازی کسب و کار (92/0= α درصد) به دست آمد که نشان دهنده­ی قابلیت بالای ابزار برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات بود. برای انجام تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از نرم­افزار SPSS25 و LISREL8.8 استفاده شده است. نتایج برازش عالی و مناسب مدل­ ساختاری تحقیق را تایید کرد. نتایج نشان داد ابعاد توانمندسازی بر تمایل به راه­اندازی کسب و کار با ضریب مسیر 72/0درصد تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری 64/8 t= داشت. ابعاد توانمندسازی دارای تاثیر مثبت، مستقیمی و معنی‌داری بر راه­اندازی کسب و کار است. در واقع نتایج نشان داد که ایجاد کسب و کارهای یاد شده می­تواند بخش مهمی از سیاست­های اشتغال­زایی را به خود اختصاص دهد و پاسخگوی مشکل بیکاری اجتماعات محلی مورد مطالعه باشد.
