تحلیل مولفه های تسهیل کننده توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی (مورد مطالعه اعضای صندوق های اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی استان سمنان)

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل مولفه­های تسهیل­کننده توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی در استان سمنان بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان روستایی عضو صندوق‌های اعتبارات خرد در استان سمنان بودند (1646=N) که 112 نفر از آنان با توجه به فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. این تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی بوده و برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ (برابر با 939/0) و روایی پرسشنامه توسط پنل متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از رتبه‌بندی نشان داد "اعتماد به توانایی خود در انجام کارها"، "انگیزه و تمایل به کسب درآمد توسط خودم" و "عضویت در صندوق اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی" در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم مهمترین مولفه­های تسهیل‌کننده توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی قرار داشتند. همچنین، طبق نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، مهم‌ترین تسهیل‌کننده­های توانمندی اقتصادی زنان روستایی در شش عامل: بستر فرهنگی جامعه روستایی، مشارکت در فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و آموزشی، مشارکت­های خانوادگی و اقتصادی، دارایی و سرمایه‌های مشهود و نامشهود، حمایت خانواده و روحیه استقلال‌طلبی مالی خلاصه شدند. این عوامل در مجموع 76/65 درصد از واریانس کل گویه­ها را تبیین نمودند.
