تحلیل اثرات طرح تجهیز و نوسازی باغات انگور استان همدان از دیدگاه باغداران

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت کشاورزی، در سال­های اخیر شیوه­های متفاوتی جهت دستیابی به اهداف توسعه این بخش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. یکی از آن­ها، اجرای طرح تجهیز و نوسازی اراضی می­باشد که آثار گوناگونی به­همراه داشته است. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل اثرات اجرای طرح تجهیز و نوسازی باغات انگور استان همدان صورت پذیرفت. تحقیق با استفاده از روش پیمایشی انجام شد و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش را باغدارانی تشکیل ­دادند که تا پایان سال 1389 به اجرای طرح تجهیز و نوسازی باغ انگور خود پرداخته بودند. با توجه به فرمول کوکران 203 نفر باغداران از طریق روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با نظر گروهی از کارشناسان و متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌های گردآوری شده با تکنیک تحلیل عاملی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، در مجموع پنج عامل اثرات اقتصادی، فنی، اجتماعی، محیط­زیستی و نهادی ناشی از طرح تجهیز و نوسازی باغات انگور 74/61 درصد از کل واریانس را تبیین نمودند و اثرات اقتصادی به­عنوان موثرترین اثرات اجرای طرح مذکور از نظر باغداران معرفی شد.
