بکارگیری الگوی طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (TMTD) در تقویت رفتار کار تیمی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه اراک

چکیده

در دانشکده­های کشاورزی، عموماً برای آموزش از روش سخنرانی استفاده می­شود. یادگیری از طریق مشارکت و فعالیت تیمی، یکی از روش­های متداول آموزشی در عصر حاضر است. این مطالعه با هدف بکارگیری الگوی طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (Team Member Teaching Design-TMTD) در تقویت رفتار کار تیمی و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان در دانشگاه اراک انجام شده است.
روش­ها: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، از  طرح پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل استفاده شده است. نمونه­های مورد مطالعه دانشجویان گروه گیاهان دارویی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه اراک در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 به­منظور مقایسه روش­های تدریس سخنرانی و طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (TMTD) بودند.
نتایج: در گروه­های مورد مقایسه، اثر روش تدریس طرح تدریس اعضای تیم (TMTD) بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان نشان داده شد. نتایج آزمون­های مقایسه میانگین نیز حکایت از تفاوت معنی­دار دو روش تدریس در زمینه تقویت رفتار کار تیمی دانشجویان دارند. این مقاله در مورد اجرای روش تیمی، طرح تدریس اعضای تیم، و پیامدهای آن در تدریس بحث کرده و مسیری برای استفاده مؤثر از روش­های تدریس جهت کسب نتایج بهتر در فرایند تدریس و یادگیری در کلاس ارائه نموده است.
