بررسی نقش مهارت‌های ارتباطات بین‌فردی بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع‌طبیعی ساری

چکیده

مهارت­های ارتباطات بین­فردی یکی از مهم­ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد آموزشی اعضای هیأت علمی قلمداد می­شود. بستر ارتباطی مناسب، زمینه را برای انتقال بهتر مفاهیم و اطلاعات فراهم می­کند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه بود (120N=) که با استفاده از نمونه­گیری در دسترس، 98 نفر برای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش، پرسشنامه­ای محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط جمعی از متخصصان و اعضای هیأت­علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 18، انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، اعضای هیأت علمی مورد مطالعه، در طبقه مهارت­های ارتباطات بین­فردی بالا قرار گرفته­اند و میزان ضریب همبستگی بین مهارت­های ارتباطات بین­فردی با عملکرد آموزشی پاسخگویان، 313/0 می­باشد که بیان­گر ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بالا بین مهارت­های ارتباطات بین­فردی اعضای هیأت علمی مورد مطالعه با عملکرد آموزشی آن­ها است. در نهایت، پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی در جهت کمک به برنامه­ریزان نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی ارایه گردید.
