رابطه بین ابعاد رهبری تحول‌آفرین و سازمان یاد‌گیرنده (مورد مطالعه: سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش رابطه بین ابعاد رهبری تحول‌آفرین و سازمان یاد‌گیرنده بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش راکارشناسان جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان (215 نفر) تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان[1] تعداد 136تن به‌عنوان نمونه آماری از طریق نمونه‌گیریت صادفی نسبی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دو پرسش‌نامه رهبری چند‌عاملی باس و آولیو (Bass & Avolio, 1994) و معروف به پرسش‌نامه MLQ[2] و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد ابعاد یادگیری سازمانی[3]DLOQ واتکینز و مارسیک (Watkins & Marsick, 1998) بود. بر‌اساس آزمون نمونه و محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ برای مؤلفه‌های سازمان یاد‌گیرنده، 92/0 α= و برای پرسش‌نامه رهبری تحول‌آفرین، 978/0α=  به‌دست آمد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، وضعیت جهاد کشاورزی استان اصفهان ازحیث میزان رهبری تحول‌آفرین در سطح متوسط و میانگین نمره ارتقاء جهاد کشاورزی به سازمان یاد‌گیرنده نیز بالا‌تر از سطح متوسط است.  نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد، بین رهبری تحول‌آفرین و مؤلفه‌های سازمان یاد‌گیرنده و شاخص‌های آن‌ها رابطه مثبت و معنا‌داری وجود دارد.
