بررسی نقش پیوند شبکه اجتماعی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارشناسان ترویج کشاورزی استان اصفهان

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش پیوند شبکه اجتماعی و تعهد سازمانی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان ترویج کشاورزی استان اصفهان انجام شد. پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ها، از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 170 نفر از کارشناسان میدانی ترویج کشاورزی استان اصفهان تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها 130 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی آن به روش صوری و تشخیصی و پایایی آن به کمک ضریب تتای ترتیبی تأیید شد. روش غالب آماری، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزیی بود. یافته­ها نشان داد که رفتار شهروندی سازمانی کارکنان در دو بعد وفاداری و همکاری علی‌رغم تأثیرپذیری از تعهد سازمانی و پیوند شبکه اجتماعی، بیشتر به تعهد سازمانی آن‌ها وابسته است و این در حالی است که بعد ارایه خدمات رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از پیوند شبکه اجتماعی تأثیر پذیرفته و متغیر تعهد سازمانی در این رابطه نقش معنی‌داری نشان نداد. از این‌رو، به­نظر می‌رسد پیوند شبکه اجتماعی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان به‌عنوان دو دارایی مهم سازمان در شکل‌گیری رفتارهای فرا نقش کارکنان نقش مهمی دارند. این موضوع بیانگر این است که بررسی روابط بین فردی کارکنان نقش مهمی در پیش‌بینی رفتار کارکنان در محیط سازمانی خواهد داشت.
