تحلیل نقش شبکه حرفه‏ای آموزشگران بر توسعه و یادگیری حرفه‏ ای اعضای هیات علمی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران

چکیده

این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‏ها از از پژوهش‏های پیمایشی محسوب می‏شود. هدف اصلی آن بررسی رابطه شبکه‏ای حرفه‏ای اعضای هیات علمی و توسعه حرفه‏ای آن‏ها بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را اعضای هیات علمی کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران تشکیل می‏دهند(295N=) که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری انتساب متناسب و فرمول کوکران 120 نفر در پژوهش مشارکت داشتند. پایایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب پایایی ترکیبی و روایی آن به کمک روایی سازه و صوری مورد تایید قرار گرفت. روش‏های غالب مورد استفاده مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار Smart PLS  بود. نتیجه اصلی پژوهش نشان داد که دستاوردهای حاصل از فعالیت‏های شبکه اعضای هیات علمی بر توسعه حرفه‏ای آن ها تاثیر معنی‏داری دارد و هم‏چنین دستاوردهای حاصل از فعالیت‏های شبکه بر یادگیری حرفه‏ای تاثیر داشته و یادگیری حرفه‏ای نیز بر توسعه حرفه‏ای تاثیر گذار است.
