واکاوی راه‌کار‌های صندوق‏های اعتباری خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی (مورد مطالعه: استان لرستان)

چکیده

پژوهش پیش‎رو با هدف تحلیل سازو‏کارهای صندوق‏های اعتباری خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، تمامی اعضای صندوق‎‏های اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی استان لرستان (772N=)، که 160 نفر از آنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین گردید. نمونه‏ها با استفاده از روش نمونه‏گیری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب و داده‏های مورد نیاز از آنان به وسیله‏ی پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب، به روش اعتبار محتوایی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (89/0) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها با نرم‏افزار  SPSS20 و LISREL8.8 انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی ‏راه‌کار‌های بهبود عملکرد صندوق‏های اعتبارات خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در استان لرستان به ترتیب اهمیت در پنج دسته راه‌کار‌های؛ 1) حمایت از اعضاء و جهت‏دهی فعالیت‏های آنها 2) ارائه آموزش به اعضاء و هیئت مدیره 3) بهبود مدیریت صندوق‏ها 4) بهره‏گیری از ظرفیت‏های جانبی و 5) تقویت روحیه مشارکتی در بین اعضاء دسته‏بندی ‏شدند. این راه‌کار‌ها در مجموع  3/68 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز حاکی از معنی‏داری و تأیید عوامل یاد شده به عنوان راه‌کار‌های بهبود عملکرد صندوق‏های اعتبارات خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی بود.

چکیده [English]

 The Purpose of this study was to analyzing the solutions of microcredit funds to empower rural women (ERW) in Lorestan province. Statistical population of this research consisted the rural women of micro credit fund members in Lorestan province (N= 772) that 160 of them determined as a statistical sample by using Cochran’s formula. Samples were selected based on multi stage sampling method and data were collected by questionnaire. Questionnaire's reliability and validity were confirmed respectively through computing Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.89) and content validity. Data analyzed by SPSS20 and LISREL8.8 software. According to results of the exploratory factor analysis solutions of microcredit fund in the ERW in Lorestan province categorized  in five factors that in order of importance are: 1) supporting members and directing their activities; 2) providing training to members and the board; 3) improving fund management; 4) utilizing side capacities; and 5) enhancing participatory spirit among Members. These solutions explained 68.3% of the total variance. Results of the confirmatory factor analysis indicated the significance of these factors as solutions for improve the functioning of microcredit funds to ERW in Lorestan province.
