شناسایی رابطه‌ بین سبک‌های ارتباطی در سه جامعه شهر، روستا-شهر، روستا: مطالعه میدانی استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تفاوت سبک‌های ارتباطی هوش‌هیجانی، پرخاشگرانه و منفعلانه در جوامع شهری، روستایی و روستا-شهری می‌باشد. در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی،312 نفر از ساکنین شهر، روستا و روستا-شهر شهرستان تربت حیدریه در استان خراسان رضوی به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه‌ای تلفیقی از هوش‌هیجانی بار-آن، شیرینگ و باس و پری، به عنوان ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده گردید که روایی و پایایی بترتیب 0.72 و0.84 بود. داده‌ها با آزمون F و همبستگی اسپیرمن مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. میانگین هوش‌هیجانی و ارتباط پرخاشگرانه، در جوامع تحت بررسی دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری بوده ولی میانگین ارتباط منفعلانه در سه جامعه تحت بررسی معنی‌دار نبوده است. همچنین، بین سطح تحصیلات و محل سکونت افراد با سبک‌های ارتباطی همبستگی وجود داشته است. براساس یافته‌های تحقیق، پیش داوری در زمینه‌ غلبه رفتار خشونت آمیز در میان جوامع مورد مطالعه رد شده است و رفتار هوش‌هیجانی جامعه روستایی بیش از جوامع روستا-شهری و شهری می‌باشد. با توجه به همبستگی مثبت بین تحصیلات و هوش‌هیجانی می‌توان امید داشت که با بالا رفتن روز افزون سطح سواد جامعه، افراد بیش از قبل به ارتباط جرأتمندانه (هوش‌هیجانی) روی آوردند. باتوجه به همبستگی منفی بین تحصیلات و دو سبک ارتباطی دیگر افراد از رفتار پرخاشگرانه و منفعلانه دوری کنند.

Identification of relationship between Communication Styles within Three Urban, Rural-Urban and Rural Societies: Field Study of Khorasan-Razavi Iran

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is to identify the differences of the communication styles including emotional intelligence, aggressiveness, and passiveness within three urban, rural-urban, and rural societies. In the survey, a number of 312 individuals were selected by random sampling in three zones of Torbat Hedariyeh Township.  A combined questionnaire (Baron, Shrink, Boss and Perry) was used to gather data (validity = 0.72 and reliability =0.84). The average EQ, aggression and passivity of the three zones were significantly different. But the average of the passive style of communication was not meaningful. Moreover, there was correlation between educational level and the living zone of the sample society. According to findings, the prediction of aggressive style for the three zones was rejected. Regarding the positive relationship between educational level and EQ, and negative relationship between educational level and aggressiveness and passiveness, upgrading of education in the society will be a promising issue.
