تحلیل رضایت‏مندی صاحبان کسب و کارهای روستایی شهرستان ملکان از خدمات توسعه کسب ‏وکار

چکیده

رضایت‏مندی صاحبان کسب و کارهای روستایی عامل مهمی در پایداری و توسعه کسب و کارهای روستایی و شکوفایی و توسعه اقتصاد روستاهاست. هدف این تحقیق تحلیل رضایت صاحبان کسب و کارهای روستایی از خدمات ارایه شده به آنان در شهرستان ملکان استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق 120 نفر از صاحبان کسب و کارهای روستایی شهرستان ملکان بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و با رویکرد کمی و اکتشافی انجام شد. برای جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد که روایی آن توسط پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزار  SPSS24و تکنیک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی انجام شد. این تکنیک متغیرهای رضایت‏مندی از خدمات توسعه کسب و کارهای روستایی را در شش عامل؛ بیمه و تسهیل‏گری نهادهای دولتی و غیردولتی (41/20 درصد)، کاهش هزینه تولید (62/11درصد)، حمایت جامعه محلی و سوددهی (08/11درصد)، پایداری و تحقیق و توسعه (49/10درصد)، جاده و حمل‏و‏نقل (09/9 درصد) و سرمایه و تجهیزات تولید (68/8 درصد) خلاصه کرد. عامل‌های شناسایی شده در مجموع 57/71 درصد واریانس رضایت‏مندی صاحبان کسب و کارهای روستایی شهرستان ملکان از خدمات مربوطه را تبیین کردند.

چکیده [English]

Satisfaction of rural business owners is an important factor in sustainability and development as well as economic prosperity and development of rural businesses. This study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of rural business owners regarding the services offered to them in Malekan County, East Azerbaijan Province. The statistical population consisted of 120 rural business owners of Malekan County. This study was an applied research and was done with quantitative and exploratory approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data that its validity and reliability were confirmed by experts’ panel and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. To analyze data SPSS v. 24 and exploratory factor analysis technique were applied. This technique summarized the variables of satisfaction of rural businesses in six factors including: insurance and facilitate from government and non-governmental Institutions (20.41%), decrease in production cost (11.62%), supporting the local community and profitability (11.08%), sustainability and research and development (10.49%), road and transportation (9.09%), investment and Production equipment (8.68%). The identified factors explained 71.57 % of the variance of satisfaction of rural business owners from services offered to them in Malekan County.
