عوامل تأثیرگذار بر مشارکت زنان روستایی در فعالیت‌های دامپروری (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان چاراویماق)

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت زنان روستایی در فعالیت‌های دامپروری بود. جامعه آماری شامل ۶۵۷۱ خانوار روستایی شهرستان چاراویماق در استان آدربایجان‏شرقی بودند که طبق فرمول کوکران ۱۳۵ نفر از زنان روستایی از طریق نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق متخصصان موضوعی تایید و پایایی آن نیز با انجام مطالعه مقدماتی و محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ بزرگ‌تر از 7/0 برای بخش‏های مختلف حاصل شد. نتایج نشان داد که سطح مشارکت زنان روستایی در فعالیت‌های دامپروری در حد کم است و زنان بیشترین مشارکت را در فرآوری محصولات دامپروری، جمع‌آوری تخم‌مرغ و غذادهی و آب دادن به طیور داشتند. به‌طورکلی، بیشترین مشارکت زنان در شیردوشی، فرآوری و کمترین مشارکت را در فعالیت چرا داشتند. تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که رابطه میزان مشارکت زنان با متغیرهای تعداد مردان خانواده، میزان تحصیلات زنان و همسرانشان منفی و معنی‌دار ولی با متغیرهای دفعات رفتن به شهر و میزان مشورت همسران با آنها، مثبت و معنی‌دار است. تحلیل رگرسیونی چندگانه نیز نشان داد که چهار متغیر تحصیلات زنان، تعداد مردان خانواده، میزان مشورت همسران با آنها در مسائل دامپروری و دفعات رفتن به شهر در حدود ۶/۲۹ درصد از واریانس متغیر وابسته میزان مشارکت زنان در فعالیت‌های دامپروری را تبیین کردند.
