بررسی ارتباط فرهنگ سازمانی و فرآیند مدیریت دانش در دانشکده های کشاورزی غرب کشور

چکیده

هدف کلی این تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی، بررسی ارتباط فرهنگ سازمانی و فرآیند مدیریت دانش در اعضا هیئت علمی دانشکده های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دولتی غرب کشور بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق را اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‌های کشاورزی غرب کشور (N=157)، تشکیل ‌داده‌اند. در این پژوهش، از روش تمام شماری استفاده گردید که تعداد 138 پرسشنامه قابل تجزیه و تحلیل بودند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه‌ای بود که روایی آن بر اساس نظر جمعی از اعضای هیأت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران و صاحبنظران مربوطه تأیید گردید و برای تعیین میزان پایایی بخش‌های مختلف، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید (89/0 تا 91/0). داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارSPSS:win18 ، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص‌های توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر میانگین، انحراف معیار، ضریب تغییرات، تحلیل همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مشارکت، پایداری، سازگاری و ماموریت با مدیریت دانش اعضای هیأت علمی مورد مطالعه رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. در نهایت، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه حاکی از آن است که مولفه‌های سازگاری، ماموریت‏ و مشارکت 9/49 درصد از تغییرات مربوط به متغیر وابسته مدیریت دانش را تبیین می‌کنند.
