تحلیل عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی کشاورزان؛ مطالعه موردی: استان اردبیل

چکیده

افزایش و تامین پایدار مواد غذایی، امنیت غذایی و ارتقاء بهره‌وری کشاورزی مستلزم افزایش کارایی، اصلاح ساختار مدیریتی و بازآفرینی کشاورزان می‌باشد.که آن‌هم نیاز به تغییرات اساسی در دانش، نگرش‌، مهارت و تغییرات رفتاری توانمندی در کشاورزان خواهد داشت. گفتنی است از اموری دانشی و مهارتی مسائلی هستند که از طریق آموزش حل می‌شود، گرچه مسائل انگیزشی به سختی حل می‌شوند ولی برنامه‌های آموزشی موثر به رفع بعضی از این مشکلات کمک می‌کند. هم چنین پتانسیل های محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی بدلیل اینکه درون مایه‌های فضایی هر منطقه محسوب می‌شود و فعالیت در عرصه فضا را تسریع می‌کند از عوامل موثر در توانمند سازی کشاورزان محسوب می شود. هدف کلی مقاله تبیین عوامل موثر بر توانمندسازی کشاورزان می باشد .روش تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی تبیینی به شمار می‌رود. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسش نامه به کشاورزان ساکن در مناطق روستایی استان اردبیل که جامعه آماری تحقیق را شامل می شود مراجعه شد. که در این میان تعداد کل بهره برداران کشاورزی استان اردبیل 109187 برآورد گردید. هم چنین برای تعیین حجم نمونه بهره برداران کشاورزی ساکن در نقاط روستایی از طریق فرمول کوچران استفاده و درنهایت تعداد حجم نمونه تعداد بهره برداران کشاورزی 256 نفر تعیین گردید. افزون بر این برای تعیین روایی محتوای پرسش نامه ازنقطه نظرات کارشناسان مختلف نیز استفاده شد. هم چنین برای تعیین پایایی کمی پرسش نامه نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و نرم افزار SPSS، استفاده شد. که در این تحقیق مقدار آلفای مذکور 75/0 محاسبه شد. در نهایت با استعانت از مدل تحلیل مسیر این نتیجه حاصل شد که عامل اقتصادی بیشترین تاثیر را در میزان توانمندسازی کشاورزان دارد و در مرحله بعد عامل اجتماعی، عامل محیطی و مجموع عوامل به ترتیب از عوامل تاثیرگذار در میزان توانمندسازی کشاورزان می باشد.

Increasing and supply of foods sustainable, food security and promotion of agricultural productivity due to efficiency increasing and the reforming of management structure and farmers optimization. Those have need on essential Changes on knowledge, attitude and skill of farmers and behavioral changes of farmers in other word on farmer’s empowerment will have. hence, problems of knowledge and skill is solving through instruction .although incentive problems is solving hardly, however the plans of effective instruction help for solving some of this problem, also potentials of economical, social, environmental by reason of (that) are inner potential of spatial any regions. As result of activity on the sphere of space facilitate, hence, that is affecting factors on farmer empowerment. The total aim of this research is survey affecting factor on farmer’s empowerment. The kind of research method is analytical and explanatory. Also for gathering of information through questionnaire were used from inhabitant farmers on rural region of Ardabil province that including research statistical sample. Also total number of farmer producers of Ardabil province was estimated 109187. In addition, for determination of sample volume of farmer producers of inhabitant were used on the rural region through corn Bach .at the end some of sample volume of farmer producers was determinated 256. For good measures for determination content validity of the questionnaire quantities was used from corn Bach alpha coefficient and SPSS software. At this research the rate of mentioned alpha amounting to (%75) was calculated .in the end with assistance of path analysis model result in that economical factors have the most efficient on farmer empowerment. At the next stages, economical, social, environmental factors and total of factors sequentially have been from affecting factors on amount of farmers’ empowerment.
