Employability development and intention to entrepreneurial startup behavior as two approaches to management of graduate’s employment crisis are known today. The main aim of research was to investigate factors which distinct two categories of intention in Business Startup Behavior Based on students' Employability among University students (N=1154). Research method was descriptive correlation study. The statistical population comprised of senior and junior undergraduate students as well as graduate students of the University College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Tehran. 205 students were selected using the Daniel formula through quota sampling method. Research instrument was a questionnaire which its face validity and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha) were approved. A dominant statistical method was discriminant analysis. The results show that interpersonal and leadership skills as two dimensions of Employability are more dominant in group of students with high level of intention to entrepreneurial startup behavior while Numeracy, management and systems thinking skills as other dimensions are more dominant in group of students with high level of intention to employment in public setting. Critical skills did not show any significant role. The results of the study demonstrate that employability skills as an individual's quality could play explanatory role for intention to be independent entrepreneur for students. Thus it is evident that the employability concept is beyond of what bringing concept of hired in the mind and defined as a personal preference in employment.
