شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی نشانگرهای پایداری زنجیره تامین پسته در استان کرمان

چکیده

صنعت پسته در ایران همواره از جایگاه بالایی برخوردار بوده و پایداری آن از جنبه‌های مختلف برای باغداران و اقتصاد ایران حائز اهمیت است. اما این محصول مهم و ارزآور در حال‌حاضر با بحران‌های زیادی از جمله نوسان تولید و ممانعت خریداران بین‌المللی از خرید آن، بدلیل عدم رعایت استانداردهای بین‌المللی و مسائل بهداشتی روبروست. بخش عمده این مسئله بدلیل مدیریت ناپایدار زنجیره تامین این محصول است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و متغیرهای متناظر آن در پایدارسازی زنجیره تامین پسته در استان کرمان است. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی و جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان و خبرگان زنجیره تامین پسته بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته استفاده شد. نشانگرهای پایداری زنجیره در سه بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی شناسایی و جمع‌بندی شدند. بعد اقتصادی شامل چهار مؤلفه بود که با 35 متغیر اندازه‌گیری شدند. ابعاد اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی نیز هر یک شامل سه مؤلفه اصلی بودند که به ترتیب با 18 و 26 متغیر اندازه‌گیری شدند. برای تعیین نشانگر‌ها و متغیرهای هر یک از ابعاد از روش تحلیل دلفی و برای تعیین وزن ابعاد پایداری و اولویت‌بندی آنها از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج بعد پایداری اقتصادی با 67/0 بالاترین وزن‌نسبی را به خود اختصاص داد. بعد پایداری زیست‌محیطی با ۲۴۲/۰ و بعد پایداری اجتماعی با ۰۸۸/۰ در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند.

The pistachio industry in Iran has always had a high position and importance, and its sustainability is important for pistachio growers and the economy of Iran from various aspects. But this important and valuable product is currently facing many crises, including fluctuations in production and preventing international buyers from buying it, due to non-compliance with international standards and health issues. The main part of this problem is due to the non-observance of sustainability principles in the supply chain management of this product. The purpose of the present study is to identify and prioritize dimensions, indicators and its corresponding variables in the stabilization of pistachio supply chain in Kerman province. The sampling method was targeted and snowball and socio-statistical including pistachio supply chain experts. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Chain sustainability indicators were identified and summarized in three economic, social and environmental dimensions. The dimension of economic sustainability included four indicators, which were measured with 35 variables. The dimensions of social and environmental also included three main indicators, which were measured with 18 and 26 variables respectively. The Delphi analysis method was used to determine the indicators and variables of each dimension, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of the sustainability dimensions and prioritize their indicators. According to the results, the economic dimension has the highest relative weight (0.67). Environmental dimension with 0.242 and social dimension with 0.088 were placed in the next priorities.
