Research on Psychological Empowerment With the belief that psychological empowerment plays a key role in the success of organizations, it has attracted the attention of many researchers. The purpose of this study was to present a model of psychological empowerment of Iranian agricultural extension experts using a mixed method. In the qualitative part, a conceptual model of research was design by analyzing the content of interviews with 16 agricultural extension experts using MAXQDA12 software. In the quantitative part, Confirmatory factor analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS3.2.8 software was used to confirm the conceptual model. The Statistical population of this research is the experts of agricultural extension of Iran is 185 which were selected stratified random sampling by Krejcie and Morgan formula. The survey instrument was a questionnaire that designed based on result of the qualitative part of research with Likert's five-point scale (very low to very high). Its Discriminant validity was confirmed and Composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha showed satisfied its reliability. The findings of the quantitative section showed that the various components of the modelare valid from the perspective of the Iranian Agricultural Extension Experts and have the ability to implement in the Iran argricultura extension. Also, based on the finding, four factors including personal and personality factors, contextual factors, structural factors and environmental factors had significant effects on the psychological empowerment of agricultural extension experts in Iran. Among these four factors, ontextual and personal and personality factors play a more important role in psychological empowerment.
