تحلیل عوامل موثر بر ابعاد توسعه پایدار کشاورزی در استان خراسان رضوی؛ کاربرد معادلات رگرسیون به‌ظاهر نامرتبط

چکیده

توسعه پایدار کشاورزی، مفهوم چندبعدی است که در طول زمان اهمیت بسیار پیدا کرده است. از این­رو، شناسایی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر هر یک از ابعاد کشاورزی پایدار برای برنامه‌ریزی مناسب، لازم و ضروری است. در این مقاله، تلاش شده است تا عوامل مؤثر بر ابعاد چهارگانه توسعه پایدار کشاورزی در استان خراسان رضوی با استفاده از معادلات رگرسیون به‌ظاهر نامرتبط  (SURE)و بهره‎گیری از یک نمونه 398 نفری از کشاورزان، که به روش خوشه‌ای دومرحله‌ای تصادفی انتخاب‌شده است؛ با استفاده از اطلاعات حاصل از تکمیل پرسشنامه در سال 1398، موردبررسی قرار گیرد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین شاخص‌های پایداری اجتماعی 55/0، پایداری زیست‌محیطی 47/0، پایداری اقتصادی 41/0، و پایداری سیاسی 32/0 است. همچنین، متغیرهای شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی، علاقه‎مندی به کار کشاورزی و رضایت شغلی رابطه معناداری با مؤلفه‌های پایداری کشاورزی دارد. متغیر عضویت در تعاونی با مؤلفه پایداری سیاسی، مالکیت اراضی با مؤلفه اجتماعی و سیاسی و یکپارچگی اراضی نیز با مؤلفه اقتصادی پایداری رابطه آماری معنادار دارند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود آموزش‎های ترویجی در حوزه کشاورزی پایدار در قالب نهضت­گونه توسعه یابد و با توجه به اولویت پایداری مدیریتی، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های کشاورزی، بهبود روش‎های تصمیم­سازی و تصمیم‌گیری، توسعه و تقویت تشکل‌های کشاورزی، تدوین قوانین حمایتی و توسعه اشتغال پایدار در دستور کار جدی متولیان امر قرار گیرد. علاوه بر آن، تدوین نظام مناسب بازاریابی و بازاررسانی با هدف جلوگیری از ضایعات و کاهش هزینه‌های تولید موجبات تضمین پایداری درآمد کشاورزان را فراهم می‌کند.
