بررسی تأثیر دانش، نگرش و رضایت مندی گلخانه داران عضو تعاونی شهرستان پاکدشت بر سطح پایداری گلخانه‌ها

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر دانش، نگرش و رضایت­مندی شغلی بر سطح پایداری واحدهای تولید گلخانه­ای بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و جامعه مورد مطالعه نیز گلخانه­داران سبزی و صیفی عضو تعاونی­های شهرستان پاکدشت (340N=)  بودند. نمونه‌ پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 188 نفر تعیین و داده­ها به­صورت کاملاً تصادفی از بین آنها جمع­آوری شد. ابزار اصلی مورد استفاده در تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه بود که روایی ظاهری آن به­وسیله پنل متخصصین و پایایی آن با استناد به ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و میانگین واریانس استخراج شده برای مقیاس­های دانش کشاورزی پایدار، نگرش به کشاورزی پایدار و رضایت شغلی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌های گردآوری شده در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نرم­افزار‌های SPSS وLisrel  مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج مد‌ل­سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد متغیر‌های دانش، نگرش و رضایت­مندی گلخانه‌داران تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر سطح پایداری گلخانه‌ها دارند. در نهایت، پس از تحلیل اثرات مستقیم و غیر مستقیم متغیر‌ها بر سطح پایداری واحد‌های تولید مشخص شد که این عوامل در مجموع توانایی تبیین 69 درصد متغیر وابسته را داراست.

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of this research was to study the effects of knowledge, attitudes and satisfaction of greenhouse owners cooperative members in Pakdasht County on sustainability of Greenhouses. This paper was a descriptive study and the target population consisted of vegetable greenhouse owners whose were members of cooperatives (N=340) in Pakdasht county. Using a Cochran formula, the sample size determined 188 people and data collected through completely random sampling method. The main research tool was a questionnaire which its validity confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability approved by Cronbach's alpha coefficients, CR and AVE for knowledge, attitudes and satisfaction scales. The data in both descriptive and analytical statistics were analyzed by SPSS and Lisrel software. Results of structural equation modeling showed that variables of knowledge, attitudes and satisfaction of greenhouse owners had positive and significant effects on sustainability level of greenhouses.
