تأثیر مولفه های آموزش های کارآفرینانه بر توسعه مهارت های کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان رشته های کشاورزی (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه تهران)

چکیده

هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر مولفه­های آموزش­های کارآفرینانه بر توسعه مهارت­های کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان رشته­های کشاورزی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش 1188 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی رشته­های کشاورزی در پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران بودند که با توجه به جدول کرجسی- مورگان، تعداد 291 نفر از آنان از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. روایی صوری پرسشنامه با نظر پانلی از متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت و روایی سازه و پایایی ترکیبی ابزار تحقیق نیز از طریق برآورد مدل اندازه­گیری و پس از انجام اصلاحات لازم تایید شد (برای مولفه­های آموزش کارآفرینانه در دامنه بین 714/0 تا 881/0 و مهارت­های کارآفرینانه در دامنه بین 803/0 تا 860/0). داده­های گردآوری شده با استفاده از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که چهار عامل محتوا، روش تدریس، صلاحیت­های مدرسان و مشخصه­های فراگیران اثر مثبت و معنی­داری بر متغیر وابسته داشتند و 51 درصد از واریانس توسعه مهارت­های کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان را تبیین کردند.
