The number of students at selected Universities was 6352, and according to Cochran Formula, 247 students were selected. Academic burnout questionnaire (revised by Bresó et al.) and researcher-made questionnaire were used for data collection. The findings showed that there were significant differences among students regarding the dimensions of academic burnout (by gender and residence). There were negative and significant correlations between educational factors and the dimensions of academic burnout, which said with the increase of students' satisfaction toward each educational factor, students' academic burnout decrease. Finally, according to regression coefficients, educational content has the most effect on academic exhaustion and academic uninterested and teaching method has the most effect on academic inefficacy.
