تحلیل رفتار حفاظتی کشاورزان شهرستان خرم آباد در استفاده از آفت‌کش‌ها: کاربرد الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی

چکیده

تعداد زیادی از کشاورزان در زمان طولانی در معرض آفت­کش­ها قرار دارند و بالتبع، مشکلات بهداشتی حاد و مزمن برای آن­ها ایجاد شود. بنابراین، برای جلوگیری از بروز این آثار منفی در سلامت کشاورزان نیاز است که به اقدامات حفاظتی در میان کشاورزان توجه جدی شود. از آنجا که مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی یکی از کاربردی­ترین مدل­های مطالعه رفتار در جهت پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری­ها است؛ این مطالعه با هدف سنجش سازه­های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی در اتخاذ رفتارهای حفاظتی کشاورزان در استفاده از آفت کش­ها انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کشاورزان شهرستان خرم آباد  بود که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، حجم نمونه 375 نفر تعیین شد و برای گردآوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با به­کارگیری نرم­افزار AMOS24 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای آگاهی، حساسیت درک شده، موانع درک شده و خودکارآمدی بر اتخاذ رفتارهای حفاظتی کشاورزان در استفاده از آفت­کش­ها تأثیر دارند. موانع درک شده و آگاهی بیشترین اثر مستقیم را بر اتخاذ رفتارهای حفاظتی کشاورزان داشته است. لذا، برنامه­ریزی بر اساس مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی با تأکید بر کاهش موانع و افزایش آگاهی به­منظور بهبود رفتارحفاظتی کشاورزان توصیه می­شود.
