واکاوی رفتار خرید مصرف‌کنندگان در مورد کاهش ضایعات محصولات کشاورزی (مورد مطالعه: میادین میوه و تره‌بار شهر تهران)

چکیده

هدف این تحقیق واکاوی رفتار خرید مصرف‌کنندگان در مورد کاهش ضایعات محصولات کشاورزی در شهر تهران بود. این تحقیق به روش پیمایشی انجام شد و از نوع مطالعات، توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، مصرف‌کنندگان محصولات کشاورزی در شهر تهران بودند که از این تعداد 384 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش طبقه­ای تصادفی با انتساب متناسب به­عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی و ظاهری آن توسط پانلی از اساتید دانشگاه تربیت مدرس، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. مقدار پایایی (آلفای کرونباخ) پس از انجام پیش آزمون برای قسمت‌های مختلف پرسشنامه بین 76/0 تا 82/0 به­دست آمد که نشان از مناسب بودن ابزار تحقیق بود. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد بین درآمد، ویژگی‌های فرهنگی، ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و ویژگی‌های روانشناختی مصرف‌کنندگان با رفتار خرید آنان پیرامون کاهش ضایعات محصولات کشاورزی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the study was to investigate consumers’ purchasing behavior toward reducing agricultural wastes. The research was a descriptive-correlation study, which it was done by a survey method. The research population was consumers of Agricultural products in Tehran city. Sample size was determine by Kerjice and Morgan table (n= 384). The proportional stratified random sampling method used for data selection. Data was collected through a questionnaire, developed by researcher. Validity of the instrument was confirmed by a panel of Experts and its reliability was conducted by a Pilot test and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0/76 - 0/82) for different parts of questionnaire, which showed good reliability of the instrument. The results showed that there was significant relationship between income, cultural characteristics, social characteristics and psychological characteristics of consumers and their behavior on reducing agricultural waste.
