Evaluation of people’s participation in Rual Hadi Plan and effective factors affecting their participation.

The subject of people’sparticipation has beenone of the important categories in development literature, especially in rural development process in recent decades. Using the participation and people abilities, especially villagers has been an effective strategy to overdevelop and implement an accurate management and planning in this process. This study aims to analysis factors affecting the level of people’s participation in Rural Hadi Plan in Hamedan county. The studied population consisted of 483 rural men in Sangestan village, that by using" Kookran" formula, 150 persons were selected as sample group. Necessary data and information gathered using documentary reviews and observation in addition to a questionnaire survey study. The validity of research instrument, questionnaire, was determined through the respective opinions of faculty members and official experts. Also, the reliability of it was studied using pre-test stage by Completion of 30 questionnaires from studied population, by "Cronbach Alpha” formula in which the number 0/91 resulted. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. Research finding shows that there is a significant connection between the variables of the villagers Literacy Level, domestic income supply (source), tendency to durability in the village, and motivating to participate in the development plan. The result of the regression analysis recognized that independent variable made clear 86.9 points of dependent variable of the study. Also, the findings indicated the source of income of the respondent as the factor which affected the level of their participation in the rural guide plan.
