Factors affecting success of Small and Medium Enterprises of Agricultural and horticultural of Zabol city

This research is applicable and in terms of methodology is descriptive – Correlation. The statistical population including those from 2006 until the end of 2010, the location of the facility construction enterprises quick loans received and proceed to the establishment of the enterprises in the subsection of the agriculture and horticulture and were at the time performing research also were active. The sample size using a Krejcie,s table that will determine the number of 86 Small and Medium Enterprises to method of sampling class. Collecting data and information in documents and found that part of the field research conducted of a questionnaire, the researchers made through face-to-face interviews were completed. For the analysis of data from the multiple regression were used Stepwise Method with Spss19 software. Results of the research showed that manager,s experience, members of the household of manager, amount of loan received, literacy of manager, manager,s age, the number of workforce, the distance to the city and Cultivation on the rate of success of these Enterprises had a significant impact.
