تحلیل تقاضا برای میوه‌های ارگانیک در شهرستان بروجرد، با استفاده از الگوی اعتقادات سلامت

چکیده

آینده کشاورزی ارگانیک، تا حد­زیادی، بستگی به تقاضای مصرف­کنندگان و انگیزه آنها به­منظور پرداخت هزینه اضافی جهت خرید محصولات ارگانیک دارد و در واقع، مصرف­کنندگان نقش محوری در سرمایه­گذاری آینده کشاورزی ارگانیک دارند. رشد تقاضای مصرف­کنندگان جهت محصولات سبز یا عاری از مواد شیمیایی به گسترش مزارع ارگانیک که به­عنوان  بخشی از جنبش گسترده­تر تولیدکنندگان و مصرف­کنندگان است، منجر می­شود. در نهایت، انتخاب مصرف­کنندگان در کل زنجیره تولید محصولات ارگانیک برای تولید­کنندگان مهم است. بنابراین، یک درک عمیق از مکانیسم­هایی که مردم را به استفاده از این محصولات تشویق می­کند، مهم است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی سازه­های الگوی اعتقادات سلامت بر تمایل مصرف­کنندگان به استفاده از میوه­های ارگانیک بود. روش نمونه­گیری به­صورت تصادفی از 204 سرپرست خانوار انجام گرفت. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که دو متغیر منافع یا مزایای درک شده و گرایش به تندرستی بر تمایل افراد به استفاده از میوه­های ارگانیک تأثیر داشته است. که این دو متغیر قادر به پیش­بینی 58 درصد از تمایلات  مصرف­کنندگان به استفاده از میوه­های ارگانیک بودند.
