تخمین هزینه سایه‌ای شوری آب زیرزمینی مورد استفاده در تولید گندم آبی

چکیده

خسارت­های زیست­محیطی ناشی از فعالیت­های کشاورزی همواره یکی از چالش­های پیش­روی سیاست­گزاران این بخش بوده است. بنابراین، برآورد هزینه اقتصادی این خسارت­ها اهمیت دارد. هدف این مطالعه برآورد هزینه سایه­ای خسارت زیست­محیطی شوری آب ناشی از تولید گندم آبی در ایران در دوره 1380 تا 1391 بود. برای این منظور، یک تابع مسافت ستاده فضایی توسعه داده شد. نتایج نشان داد سهم خسارت ناشی از شوری آب، 4/6 درصد از قیمت گندم را تشکیل می­دهد. 16 درصد از این میزان خسارت، ناشی از مجاورت مناطق با یکدیگر است. همچنین، نرخ رشد هزینه سایه­ای شوری آب از قیمت گندم در دوره مورد بررسی بیشتر است که نشان از افزایش میزان خسارت­های زیست محیطی است. تعیین هزینه سایه­ای آلاینده­های زیست­محیطی می­تواند در تعیین قیمت واقعی گندم و سطح زیرکشت پایدار هر استان، مورد توجه سیاست­گزاران قرار گیرد.
