تاثیر عوامل آموزشی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان مهندسی کشاورزی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر عوامل آموزشی بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان مهندسی کشاورزی پرداخت. جامعه آماری پژوهش، دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشکده­های کشاورزی دانشگاه­های دولتی بودند و جهت مطالعه، از روش نمونه­گیری چند مرحله­ای استفاده شد. تعداد دانشجویان کارشناسی مشغول به تحصیل در دانشکده­های منتخب 6352 نفر بود و براساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد نمونه مناسب، 247 نفر به دست آمد. جهت گردآوری داده­های مربوط به فرسودگی تحصیلی از پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی ماسلاچ که توسط برسو و همکاران مورد بازبینی قرار گرفت؛ استفاده شد و جهت گردآوری داده­های مربوط به میزان رضایت دانشجویان نسبت به عوامل آموزشی از پرسشنامه محقق­ساخته استفاده گردید. پس از تایید روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه و گردآوری اطلاعات، داده­ها با استفاده از نرم­افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی بیانگر ارتباط منفی و معنی­دار بین عوامل آموزشی و ابعاد فرسودگی تحصیلی بود که بیان می­دارد با افزایش رضایت دانشجویان نسبت به هریک از عوامل آموزشی، میزان فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان کاهش می­یابد. در نهایت، براساس نتایج مربوط به ضرایب رگرسیون، محتوای آموزش بیشترین تاثیر را بر ابعاد خستگی تحصیلی و بی­­علاقگی تحصیلی و روش تدریس بیشترین تاثیر را بر ناکارآمدی تحصیلی دارد. روزآمد نمودن برنامه­های آموزش کشاورزی از جمله پیشنهاد این مطالعه بود.
