It will lead to a more balanced distribution of the benefits of commercialization, with greater access to opportunities for more of the sector's activists. Cultivation contracts can help farmers and the industries, due to the possibility of cultivating different plants and the existence of processing industries in Bardsir. In this regard, 130 farmers were selected by random cluster sampling, in 2017-2018. Subsequently, four types of contracts were obtained based on the factors of pattern of cultivation, contract period, control over production, supply of inputs by the contractor and the manner of payment, using the fractional factorial design. The contractor's powers increasing from the first to the fourth contracts. Then, the effects of age, cultivar, history of agriculture, ownership, education, product diversity and the history of participation in agricultural contracts on the contracts were investigated, using the mixed logit model. The findings show that by increasing the area under cultivation, ownership and educational level, the probability of choosing the first to the third contracts increases compared with the fourth one (base contract), while with diversity of cultivation and farmer's familiarity with agricultural contracts, the base contract would be preferred. With an increase in work experience in agricultural activity, a change in the level of ownership from rent to a civilian, and an increase in the level of education, the probability of choosing the fourth contract decreased by 1.6, 14.5 and 22 percent, respectively. While diversity of cultivation and the history of participation in contracts, the chances of choosing this contract increased by 10% and 20% respectively. Therefore, the contractors is better to pay attention to farmers who have less cultivated land, more diverse products and lower education levels,  to increase productivity and support micro-farmers, by controlling and supervision.  قراردادهای کشاورزی در نبود سرمایه و مشکلات بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی، راه‌حل مناسبی برای تأمین سرمایه، اطمینان از فروش محصول، ایجاد یک قیمت منصفانه و در نهایت، توسعه متوازن بخش کشاورزی می‌باشد. چرا‌که، موجب می‌شوند تا توزیع منافع حاصل از تجاری شدن کشاورزی با توازن بیشتری انجام شده و دسترسی به فرصت‌های ناشی از تجاری شدن برای تعداد بیشتری از فعالان بخش فراهم شود. با توجه به امکان کشت گیاهان مختلف و وجود صنایع تبدیلی در شهرستان بردسیر، قرارداد­های کشت، می­تواند به کشاورزان و توسعه منطقه کمک کند. در این تحقیق به­منظور بررسی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب قرارداد‌های کشاورزی از دیدگاه کشاورزان، 130 کشاورز با روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای در سال زراعی 96-97 انتخاب شد. سپس، با استفاده از طرح فاکتوریل کسری، براساس مؤلفه‌های تغییر الگوی کشت، دوره­ی قرارداد، کنترل بر تولید، تأمین نهاده‌ها توسط طرف قرارداد و نحوه پرداخت، چهار نوع قرارداد حاصل شد؛ به‌طوری‌که اختیارات طرف قرارداد از قرارداد اول به چهارم افزایش می‌یافت. سپس، با استفاده از مدل لوجیت مخلوط اثر سن، سطح زیر کشت، سابقه­ی کشاورزی، مالکیت، تحصیلات، تنوع محصول و سابقه­ی شرکت در قراردادهای کشاورزی بر قراردادهای مذکور بررسی گردید. یافته­ها نشان می‌دهد که با افزایش سطح­زیر­کشت، مالکیت و سطح تحصیلات، احتمال انتخاب قرارداد اول تا سوم نسبت به قرارداد چهارم (قرارداد پایه)، افزایش یافته، درحالی‌که هرچه تنوع کشت افزایش یابد و کشاورز با قراردادهای کشاورزی آشناتر باشد قرارداد پایه ترجیح داده می‌شود. با افزایش هرسال سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی، تغییر سطح مالکیت از اجاره‌ای به ملکی، و افزایش سطح تحصیلات، احتمال انتخاب قرارداد چهارم به ترتیب 6/1، 5/14 و 22 درصد کاهش یافته، درحالی‌که با افزایش تنوع محصول و سابقه شرکت در قراردادها احتمال انتخاب این قرارداد به ترتیب 10 و 20 درصد افزایش یافته است. لذا، توصیه می‌شود در عقد قراردادها به کشاورزانی توجه شود که از سطح زیر کشت کمتر، محصولات متنوع‌تر و سطح تحصیلات پایین‌تری برخوردارند، چراکه با توجه به کنترل و نظارت طرف قرارداد، بهره‌وری افزایش یافته و از کشاورزان خرد حمایت می‌شود. https://ijaedr.ut.ac.ir/article_76564_69f676b44a61068f9ff6933be5acea97.pdf
