It is a descriptive – surveying. Statistical Population was consisted of all members of environmental non- governmental organizations in Khuzestan province (N=359), using Cochran formula, 90 members were chosen and examined through the proportional stratified random sampling method. The instrument validity confirmed by faculty members of university of Tehran and its reliability was measured by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Research findings showed that all components including organizational structure, organizational culture, financial resources, organizational learning and leadership had significant positive correlation with organizational performance.
