The statistical population of the study consisted of 218 experts working in Agricultural Consulting, Technical and Engineering Service Ventures in Zanjan province. According to the Kjercie and Morgan table, a sample size of 102 was selected using the stratified random sampling technique (n=102). A questionnaire was used to collect the data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of faculty members in the universities of Tehran and Zanjan. A pilot study was conducted to establish the reliability of the instrument. The Cronbach ’s Alpha coefficient for the main scales of the questionnaire was higher than 0.75. The data were analyzed by using the SPSSwin18 software. The results of the factor analysis showed that five factors, namely, financial- networking, psychological, incompatibility of technology with consultancy services, educational-professional and personal- infrastructural explain 61.08 percent of variances of problems of applying cell phone in delivering agricultural consultancy, technical and engineering services in Zanjan province. تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی حاضر با هدف بررسی مشکلات به‌کارگیری تلفن همراه در ارائة خدمات مشاوره­ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی انجام گرفته است. جامعة آماری تحقیق شامل 218 نفر از کارشناسان شرکت­های خدمات مشاوره­ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی در استان زنجان بود که بر اساس جدول کرجسی- مورگان 102 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای برای تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­ استفاده شد و روایی آن با نظر اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه­های تهران و زنجان به تأیید رسید. برای تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق پیش‌آزمون صورت گرفت و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه‌شده برای مقیاس­های اصلی پرسشنامه بیشتر از 75/0 به دست آمد. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم­افزار SPSS_Win18 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که در حدود 08/61 درصد از کل واریانس مشکلات به‌کارگیری تلفن همراه در ارائة خدمات مشاوره­ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی در استان زنجان را پنج عامل مالی- شبکه­ای، روان‌شناختی، ناسازگاری فناوری با خدمات مشاوره­ای، آموزشی- حرفه­ای و فردی- زیرساختی تبیین می­کنند. https://ijaedr.ut.ac.ir/article_52164_765ddc18b4abd0eee029e864f468d7ad.pdf
