The statistic population of the research consisted of the managers and members of board of directors of agricultural cooperatives of Zanjan Province (N= 900) who were interviewed through a questionnaire comprised of five sections. The results indicated that among advantages vs. restrictions of a mobile learning system, lifetime learning relevant with pervasive need, vs. hardware problems are the ones of higher priorities. The most outstanding attitude of the managers of the cooperatives toward utilization of mobile learning is an improvement of quality of education and learning. The research shows that a full support of the government as well as authorities to develop educational services and awarding of subsidies, education and an improvement of substructions are the most awarding solutions for an application of mobile learning system. Such factors as an understanding of the advantages and restrictions of mobile learning system as well as understanding of the capability of this system in resolving such problems as low quality of educational programs along with learner' s lack of motivation toward learning are recognized as the most important factors affecting attitudes. Findings indicate a positive and meaningful relationship between a manager's educational field and location of employment, and the variable of attitude towards an application of mobile learning system. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف تعیین ویژگی­های کاربرد نظام یادگیری سیار در تعاونی­های کشاورزی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را مدیران و اعضای هیأت مدیره تعاونی­های کشاورزی استان زنجان (N= 900) تشکیل دادند که از طریق پرسش­نامه­ای در پنج بخش مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که در بین مزایا و  محدودیت­های یادگیری سیار به ترتیب آموزش مادام‌العمر متناسب با نیاز فراگیر و مشکلات سخت­افزاری از اولویت بیشتری برخوردارند. در تحقیق فوق، مهمترین نگرش مدیران تعاونی­ها نسبت به کاربرد یادگیری سیار، بهبود کیفیت آموزش و یادگیری شناسایی شده است. این تحقیق نشان داد که حمایت همه جانبه دولت و متولیان امور برای توسعه خدمات آموزش سیار و ارایه یارانه، آموزش و بهبود زیرساخت­ها مهمترین راهکارهای اجرای نظام یادگیری سیار هستند. با توجه به نتایج، عوامل درک مزایا و محدودیت‌های نظام یادگیری سیار و درک قابلیت این نظام آموزشی در رفع پایین بودن کیفیت برنامه‌های آموزشی و ‌عدم انگیزة فراگیران نسبت به یادگیری به­عنوان مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش شناسایی شدند. یافته­ها حاکی از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنی­دار بین رشته تحصیلی و شهرستان محل فعالیت مدیران با متغیر نگرش به کاربرد یادگیری سیار است. https://ijaedr.ut.ac.ir/article_51349_76bedf60c663f752505d2c68e21a200c.pdf
