پیشبینی قیمت صادراتی پسته ایران مبتنی بر چرخه های تجاری: کاربست الگوی سریزمانی ساختاری
هدف بررسی حاضر، تدوین یک الگوی مناسب برای پیشبینی قیمت پسته صادراتی ایران در بازار جهانی است. بررسی و تحلیل نموداری اولیه سری قیمت پسته ایران در دوره زمانی 2016-1987، وجود چرخه، اثرات فصلی و شکست ساختاری را نشان میدهد. از این رو، تدوین الگویی با قابلیت پیشبینی همه مؤلفههای تغییرات قیمت پسته ضروری است. برهمین اساس، الگوی سریزمانی ساختاری اجزاء مشاهده نشده (UCM)، میتواند چارچوب مناسبی برای تبیین رفتار سری قیمت پسته و پیشبینی مقادیر آینده آن باشد. نتیجه آزمونهای تشخیصی متعدد انجام شده در چارچوب الگوی اجزاء مشاهده نشده (UCM)، وجود اجزاء چرخه تصادفی، روند با سطح ثابت قطعی و اثرات فصلی تصادفی را تأیید میکند. براساس الگوی تعیین شده یک قیمت 9/8 دلاری به ازاء هر کیلوگرم پسته برای سال 2022 پیشبینی میشود. علاوه براین، براساس نتایج الگو یک نوسان بزرگ در قیمت پسته در 5 سال آینده مورد انتظار نسیت.

بررسی اثر شوک متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی بر تجارت بخش کشاورزی
کشورها با هدف توسعه تجارت و دستیابی به سهم بالا در اقتصاد جهانی، سیاستهای تجاری متفاوتی را با در نظر گرفتن اثر تغییرات عاملهای موثر بر تجارت اتخاذ میکنند. هدف پژوهش ﺣﺎﺿﺮ تحلیل ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﻲ واکنش تجارت بخش کشاورزی به عاملهای موثر بر آن با استفاده از اطلاعات سالهای 95-1360 و از طریق ﻣﺪل خود رگرسیون برداری (VAR) است. بنابر نتایج حاصل از تحلیل توابع واکنش، شوکهای ناشی از حجم تجارت، ارزش افزوده و سرمایهگذاری بخش کشاورزی منجر به افزایش حجم تجارت بخش کشاورزی میگردد. در حالی که واکنش حجم تجارت در این بخش نسبت به شوکهای ناشی از نرخ ارز، نرخ تعرفه و رابطه مبادله بخش کشاورزی منفی است. به طور کلی روند اثر شوکهای ذکر شده در طول زمان کاهش یافته و به تدریج از بین میرود. یافتههای تحلیل تجزیه واریانس نیز حاکی از آن است که در بلندمدت، شوکهای ناشی از تجارت، ارزش افزوده، سرمایهگذاری، نرخ ارز، رابطه مبادله و نرخ تعرفه به ترتیب سهم 7/76، 3، 1/8، 4/5، 5/5 و 2/1 درصدی، در توضیح تغییرات تجارت دارند.

بررسی آثار متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی و سیاست حمایتی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی در ایران
رشد بخش کشاورزی به عنوان بستری برای کسب اهداف توسعه در کشورهای در حال توسعه امری ضروری قلمداد میشود. با توجه به اهمیت بخش کشاورزی و همچنین ماهیت مخاطرهآمیز تولید، فسادپذیری و سایر اهداف، حمایت از بخش کشاورزی همیشه مورد توجه دولتها بوده است. در این پژوهش آثار متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی و سیاست حمایتی بر رشد بخش کشاورزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این راستا عاملهای مؤثر بر ارزش افزوده، تشکیل سرمایه ناخالص، صادرات و واردات بخش کشاورزی با استفاده از الگوی حداقل مربعات سه مرحلهای به صورت یک سیستم معادلات همزمان چهار معادلهای در دوره 1394-1360 بررسی گردید. متغیرهای نسبت سرمایه به نیرویکار، حمایت از تولیدکننده، حمایت از مصرفکننده، صادرات فرآوردههای کشاورزی، وقفه ارزش افزوده بر ارزش افزوده بخش به ترتیب با ضرایب 111/0، 021/0، 008/0، 156/0، 488/0 اثر مثبت و معنیدار داشتند. همچنین متغیر واردات با ضریب 120/0- اثر معنیدار و منفی بر ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی دارد. عاملهای مؤثر بر صادرات، واردات و تشکیل سرمایه ناخالص بخش کشاورزی، تصریح گردیند. نتایج نشان داد که سیاست حمایتی بر بخش، کارآیی لازم را نداشته و لزوم توجه برنامهریزان و سیاستگذاران به میزان و نحوه تخصیص حمایتها را بیش از پیش ضروری نشان میدهد.

بررسی نقش گروهبندی ریسک در تحلیل آثار سیاستهای دولت بر الگوی کشت شهرستانهای نهاوند و بهار استان همدان
به دلیل وجود مشکلاتی نظیر ریسک بالا، محدودیت منابع آبی، مشکلات زیستمحیطی و سطح فناوری پایین در بخش کشاورزی، سیاستگذاری در این بخش، نیازمند تجدیدنظر اساسی است. بر این اساس هدف اصلی این پژوهش تحلیل تأثیر سیاستها و عواملی نظیر کاهش منابع آب، کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی و توسعه ماشینیکردن بر الگوی کشت شهرستانهای نهاوند و بهار استان همدان با در نظر گرفتن شرایط ریسکی و با استفاده از رهیافت برنامهریزی ریاضی مثبت است. براساس ضریب تغییرات عملکرد، شهرستانهای نهاوند و بهار به عنوان کمریسکترین و پرریسکترین شهرستان انتخاب شدند. طبق نتایج، با کاهش منابع آب، سطح کشت جو در نهاوند و یونجه در بهار ثابت مانده و گندم و ذرت در بهار و یونجه در نهاوند از الگوی کشت حذف میشوند. تحلیل حساسیت آب نشان داد که با صرفهجویی 55 درصدی در مصرف آب نیز میتوان به سطح تولید و سود فعلی رسید. بر اثر اعمال سیاست کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی در بهار، سطح کشت یونجه ثابت و گندم، ذرت و جو از الگو کشت حذف میشوند اما در نهاوند تغییری در الگو کشت ایجاد نمیکند که تحلیل حساسیت محدودیتهای کود نشان داد که تا کاهش 40 درصدی مصرف کود، الگوی کشت تغییری نخواهد کرد. در بهار با سیاست توسعه مکانیزاسیون، سطح کشت گندم و ذرت کاهش، جو افزایش و یونجه و سیبزمینی ثابت است اما در نهاوند، یونجه، گندم و جو کاهش، ذرت افزایش و سیبزمینی همانند بهار ثابت باقی میماند. همچنین با اعمال این سناریو سود کل در شهرستان بهار افزایش و در شهرستان نهاوند کاهش یافته است. بنابراین منطقه نهاوند نیاز کمتری به توسعه مکانیزاسیون دارد. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد ریسک بالای تولید در هر منطقه منجر به ریسک اجرای سیاستها میشود. به این معنا که تغییرات قابل توجه عملکرد و به تبع آن ریسک بیشتر، کشاورزان را نسبت به تغییر وضعیت فعلی و اعمال محدودیتها و اجرای سیاستهای بیان شده حساستر خواهد کرد.

برآورد ارزش عرضه آب کافی به دشت ورامین با رهیافت ارزشگذاری مشروط (مطالعه موردی سد ماملو و سد لتیان)
عدم مدیریت صحیح و عرضه کافی آب سطحی در بخش کشاورزی اثرات زیانبار اقتصادی-اجتماعی فراوانی به همراه داشته است. هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر برآورد ارزش عرضۀ آب کافی و مقایسه آن با درآمد کشاورزی از دست رفته ناشی از عدم عرضه کافی آب کشاورزی از سدهای لتیان و ماملو در شهرستان ورامین میباشد. برای رسیدن به اهداف مطالعه پژوهش میدانی در سال 1395 صورت گرفت؛ با استفاده از روش مایکل و کارسون تعداد نمونهها انتخاب شد و با تکمیل 320 پرسشنامه از کشاورزان دشت ورامین اطلاعات لازم استخراج گردید، جهت برآورد ارزش عرضۀ آب از ارزشگذاری مشروط و تکنیک دوگانه تک بعدی بهرهگیری شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که ارزش عرضه آب به ازای هر متر مکعب 1575 ریال است. ارزش بهدست آمده در مقایسه با قیمت آب منطقه ( 300 ریال به ازای هر متر مکعب) بیشتر است. با توجه به هدف احداث دو سد لتیان و ماملو که تخصیص 160 میلیون متر مکعب آب کشاورزی برای دشت ورامین بوده، ارزش کل آب تخصیص یافته بر اساس ارزش بهدست آمده 252.000 میلیون ریال برآورد گردید. همچنین بر اساس قیمت محصولات در سال 1395، درآمد از دست رفته کشاورزان به دلیل عدم عرضه کافی آب 3.251.850 میلیون ریال برآورد گردید. با مقایسه ارزش کل آب با درآمد از دسترفته کشاورزان مشخص شد که ارزشگذاری عرضه آب کافی توسط کشاورزان منطقه، به دلیل از دست رفتن درآمد بسیار زیاد ناشی از عدم کشت است. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند برای برنامهریزان و سیاستگذاران بخش آب به عنوان معیاری در جهت برآورد هزینه- فایده طرحهای جدید آبرسانی و عرضه آب آبیاری کافی باشد.

خودکفایی گندم و رشد جمعیت در چشمانداز 1404 در ایران (درآمدی بر نقش سیاست خرید تضمینی)
در شرایط کنونی، جهتگیری برنامههای اقتصادی و اجتماعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران (ج. ا. ا.) به سمت اعمال سیاستهای تشویقی در رابطه با افزایش رشد جمعیت قرار دارد. با افزایش رشد جمعیت، نیاز به محصولات خانواده گندم در کشور بیشتر میشود و مسائلی از قبیل کاهش منابع آبی باعث خواهد شد که تولید این محصولات در کشور با چالشهای مهمی مواجه باشد. علاوهبراین، کشور ایران به دلیل قرار گرفتن در موقعیت حساس خاورمیانه همواره در معرض تهدیدات سیاسی و اقتصادی قرار داشته است. لذا، تاکنون برنامهریزیهای متعددی به منظور کاهش وابستگی به واردات و ارتقای میزان خودکفایی محصول راهبردی گندم در کشور در دستور کار سیاستگذاری قرار گرفته است. ازاینرو، در این مطالعه با طراحی یک مدل تعادل جزئی پویا به بررسی وضعیت خودکفایی گندم و رشد جمعیت در چشمانداز 1404 در ایران و ارزیابی اثربخشی سیاست خرید تضمینی گندم در این زمینه پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که در افق زمانی 1404، در صورتی که قیمت خرید تضمینی گندم برابر با تورم سالیانه افزایش یابد، علیرغم افزایش جمعیت کشور، شاخص خودکفایی در تولید گندم علاوه بر افزایش، نوسانهای معدودی خواهد داشت. لذا، به منظور دستیابی به خودکفایی پایدار و کاهش وابستگی به واردات این محصول، پیشنهاد شد که افزایش سالیانه قیمت خرید تضمینی گندم لزوماً متناسب با افزایش تورم و نیز با توجه به تغییرات قیمت محصول جو تصویب گردد.

بررسی تاثیر اثر بازگشتی انرژی بر ارزش افزوده بخش کشاورزی در ایران
با مدنظر قرار دادن اثر بازگشتی انرژی، صرفهجویی واقعی انرژی در اثر کارایی منابع مشخص میشود. در غیراینصورت با ایجاد فضایی غیرواقعی، تجزیه و تحلیل و برنامهریزی اقتصادی صورت میپذیرد. لذا نتایج سیاستهای اعمال شده، مطلوب نمیباشد. در این مقاله، اثر بازگشتی انرژی بخش کشاورزی در دو مدل، با شاخص دیویژیا و ضرایب معنیدار مدل اثرات ثابت دادههای تابلویی تابع کابداگلاس، که تاثیر مثبت مصرف انرژی زیربخشهای کشاورزی بر ارزش افزوده کشاورزی در دوره زمانی 1394-1375، با روش حداقل مربعات نشان میدهد، برآورد شد. نتایج تجزیه انرژی شاخص دیویژیا، اثر شدت انرژی را موثرترین عامل در افزایش مصرف انرژی تایید میکند. اثر بازگشتی انرژی در دو مدل دارای روند نزولی است و به ترتیب با متوسط نرخ رشد سالانه 38/19٪ و 99/16٪ میباشد. لذا به طور متوسط در 62/80٪ و 01/83٪ از ذخیره انرژی مورد انتظار صرفهجویی شده است. با توجه به این که اثر شدت انرژی، مهمترین فاکتور در افزایش مصرف انرژی کشاورزی میباشد و بعد از هدفمندی یارانهها اثر بازگشتی انرژی با رشد کمتری کاهش یافته است. لذا برنامهریزی و سیاستگذاری در کارایی و اثر بازگشتی انرژی باید، با دقت بیشتری صورت پذیرد.

ارزیابی پایداری کشاورزی در ایران با استفاده از شاخص ترکیبی پایداری
ارزیابی پایداری کشاورزی و شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف آن این قابلیت را دارد تا در هر منطقه به قانونگذاران در اتخاذ سیاستها و راهبردهای متناظر با وضعیت کنونی کمک نماید. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی پایداری کشاورزی ایران از طریق سنجههای کشاورزی پایدار در پنج بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیستمحیطی، فنی و سیاستی بود. برای دستیابی به این هدف، با استفاده از یک شاخص ترکیبی پایداری(ICSA) و وزندهی سنجهها بر اساس روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP)، سطح کلی پایداری کشاورزی طی بازه زمانی 1384 تا 1394 تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد شاخص ترکیبی پایداری در ایران با میانگین521/0، در وضعیت پایداری قرار دارد و روند این شاخص طی سالهای مورد بررسی از 41/0 تا 65/0 با نرخی معادل 15/4 افزایش یافته است. استانهای فارس، خراسان رضوی و آذربایجان شرقی به ترتیب با مقدار 683/0، 653/0 و 625/0 بهترین وضعیت پایداری و استانهای سیستان و بلوچستان، خراسان جنوبی و هرمزگان به ترتیب با مقدار 348/0، 374/0 و 397/0 ضعیفترین پایداری کشاورزی را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. با توجه بهسطح متوسط پایداری کشاورزی لازم است متولیان بخش کشاورزی با سرمایهگذاری بر روی زیرساختهای تولید از جمله بذر، کود، استفاده از سیستمهای نوین آبیاری و روشهای مناسب کشاورزی در جهت توسعه پایدار کشاورزی گام بردارند.

واکاوی راهکارهای صندوقهای اعتباری خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی (مورد مطالعه: استان لرستان)
پژوهش پیشرو با هدف تحلیل سازوکارهای صندوقهای اعتباری خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، تمامی اعضای صندوقهای اعتبارات خرد زنان روستایی استان لرستان (772N=)، که 160 نفر از آنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین گردید. نمونهها با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری چندمرحلهای انتخاب و دادههای مورد نیاز از آنان به وسیلهی پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب، به روش اعتبار محتوایی و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (89/0) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS20 و LISREL8.8 انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد صندوقهای اعتبارات خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی در استان لرستان به ترتیب اهمیت در پنج دسته راهکارهای؛ 1) حمایت از اعضاء و جهتدهی فعالیتهای آنها 2) ارائه آموزش به اعضاء و هیئت مدیره 3) بهبود مدیریت صندوقها 4) بهرهگیری از ظرفیتهای جانبی و 5) تقویت روحیه مشارکتی در بین اعضاء دستهبندی شدند. این راهکارها در مجموع 3/68 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین نمودند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز حاکی از معنیداری و تأیید عوامل یاد شده به عنوان راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد صندوقهای اعتبارات خرد در توانمندسازی زنان روستایی بود.

مطالعه موردی دستاوردهای اتاق فکر روستایی در روستای زردوئی شهرستان پاوه؛ تجربه مدیریتی نوین در توسعه مناطق روستایی
از گذشتههای دور تا به امروز موضوع مدیریت مناطق روستایی همواره یکی از بحثبرانگیزترین مباحث در محافل علمی و اجرایی کشور بوده است. این امر منجر به بهکارگیری الگوهای مختلف مدیریتی از سوی برنامهریزان و مسئولان در برهههای زمانی مختلف شده است. در سالهای اخیر، اتاق فکر روستایی به عنوان الگویی نوین جهت توسعه همه جانبه مناطق روستایی پا به عرصه وجود گذاشته است. به نظر میرسد این الگو تلاش در ارتقاء کیفی مدیریت همه جانبه در زمینه توسعهی اجتماعی- اقتصادی مناطق روستایی کشور دارد. بررسیها نشان میدهد تاکنون پژوهشی در خصوص دستاوردهای این تجربه نو در مناطق روستایی کشور صورت نگرفته است. از اینرو در پژوهش کیفی پیشرو تلاش شد با استفاده از موردپژوهی به مطالعه دستاوردهای اتاق فکر روستایی در روستای زردوئی بخش باینگان، شهرستان پاوه کرمانشاه پرداخته شود. برای این منظور با استفاده از فنون گفتوگوی نیمهساختاریافته، گفتوگو با مطّلعان، گفتوگو با گروههای متمرکز و بررسی شرححال روستا اطلاعات لازم از 11 فرد کلیدی که به صورت ملاکمحور انتخاب شده بودند، جمع آوری و ثبت شد. سپس دادههای استخراج شده به کمک روش تحلیل محتوا طبقهبندی شدند. برای تعیین اعتبار دادهها نیز از معیارهای چهارگانه مقبولیت، قابلیت اعتماد، تأییدپذیری و انتقال پذیری استفاده شد. بر اساس یافتهها، اتاق فکر روستایی در روستای زردوئی دارای دستاوردهایی از قبیل: مشارکت، حل مشکلات اساسی(مسئله محوری)، تسهیل امور اداری، آموزش، نخبهشناسی، اشتغالزایی، ظرفیتسازی، مهاجرت معکوس، بازاریابی و بازارگرایی و ... بوده است. با توجه بهدستاوردهای اتاق فکر روستایی، به مدیران و برنامهریزان توسعه روستایی استآنها توصیه میشود از این ابزار مدیریتی به عنوان الگویی مناسب جهت تحقق اهداف و برنامههای دولت در مناطق روستایی بهره گرفته شود.

بررسی نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی در رابطه میان سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی با عملکرد شغلی در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان
شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد شغلی همواره یکی از دغدغههای پژوهشگران بوده است. بر این اساس، این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی، انگیزش شغلی و عملکرد شغلی با نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی میپردازد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارشناسان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان به تعداد 635 تن بوده و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران به تعداد 242 تن تعیین شد که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، چهار مقیاس استاندارد سرمایه اجتماعی کارملی و همکاران (2009)، انگیزش شغلی آمابیل و همکاران (1994)، تعهد سازمانی آلن و میر (1990) و عملکرد شغلی پاترسون (1992) بود که پایایی آنها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد (64/0≥α≥94/0). دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و با کمک نرم افزار SmartPLS 3.0 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تعهد سازمانی نقش میانجی در رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی با عملکرد شغلی کارکنان در سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان همدان ایفا میکند. در نتیجه میتوان گفت با بهبود تعهد کارکنان از طریق عواملی چون سرمایه اجتماعی و انگیزش شغلی، میتوان عملکرد شغلی آنان را بهبود داد.

تعیین الگوی کشت بهینه محصولات زراعی در واحدهای تولیدی با تحلیل مزیت نسبی منطقهای و ملی
تعیین الگوی بهینه کشت محصولات زراعی در یک واحد کشاورزی در شهرستان پیشوا بر مبنای تحلیل مزیت نسبی، هدف این مطالعه بود. برای دستیابی به این هدف، شاخصهای فیزیکی مزیت نسبی تولید به همراه مزیت صادراتی محصولات زراعی و گلخانهای محاسبه شد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و بر پایه مطالعات میدانی بود. دادههای لازم برای محاسبه شاخصهای مزیت نسبی از طریق پرسشنامه، مصاحبه با کارشناسان واحد تولیدی و گزارشهای آماری وزارت جهاد کشاورزی ایران و سازمان فائو بدست آمد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که الگوی کشت فعلی واحد تولیدی ورامین دارای مزیت مقیاس، کارآیی و جمعی بوده و از اینرو الگوی فعلی کشت باید حفظ شود. تحلیل مزیت نسبی محصولات گلخانهای در سطح منطقهای نیز نشان داد که محصولات خیار، فلفل دلمهای رنگی و گوجه فرنگی دارای مزیت نسبی در سطح استان تهران هستند. شاخص مزیت نسبی صادرات نیز نشان داد که محصولات خیار، فلفل دلمهای رنگی و گوجه فرنگی گلخانهای به همراه انواع کلم (برگ، گل و بروکلی) دارای مزیت صادراتی در سطح ملی هستند. بنابراین الگوی بهینه کشت واحد کشاورزی با حفظ الگوی کشت فعلی به همراه افزودن محصولات گلخانهای دارای مزیت در سطح منطقهای و محصول کلم دارای مزیت تولید و صادرات در سطح ملی بدست آمد.

اثرات فعالیت واحدهای آبزیپروری دومنظوره بر معیشت خانوارهای شاغل (مورد مطالعه: استان همدان)
آبزیپروری، بهعنوان فعالیتی کشاورزی، از رویکردهای اخیر توسعه کشاورزی در مناطق روستایی بهشمار میرود که افزون بر جایگاه مهمی که در تولید غذا دارد، نقش بسزایی در اشتغال زایی نیز ایفا میکند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آبزیپروری در استخرهای دومنظوره قزلآلا بر معیشت خانوارهای شاغل در این واحدها بود. این تحقیق از نوع مطالعات توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. دادههای مورد نیاز با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخآنهای و روش میدانی با ابزار پرسشنامه جمعآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل همه سرپرستان خانوارهای دارای استخر دومنظوره در سطح روستاهای استان همدان بوده که تمامی 130 نفر شاغل به صورت تمام شماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از دیدگاه صاحبنظران تأیید و به منظور بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاه شد که میزان آن در گویههای سرمایههای پنجگانه و نتایج معیشتی بالاتر از 70/0 و در کل 94/0 بدست آمد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که آبزیپروری بر بهبود سرمایههای پنجگانه معیشتی (طبیعی، مالی، فیزیکی، انسانی و اجتماعی) افراد مورد بررسی تأثیر داشته است. بر پایه نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، سرمایههای مالی، انسانی، طبیعی، و اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین اثر را بر سطح معیشت خانوارهای آبزیپرور داشته است. همچنین، یافتهها نشان از وجود رابطه مثبت و معنیدار بین سرمایههای پنجگانه معیشتی با سطح معیشت خانوارهای شاغل در این فعالیت دارد. بنابراین، میتوان دریافت که بهمنظور ارتقاء و پایداری معیشت جامعه هدف میبایست نگاهی چند جانبه و در عین حال تمامگرایانه داشت.

یکی از مسائل و مشکلات اساسی زندگی تحصیلی افراد و نظام آموزشی هر کشور، مسئله افت تحصیلی و پایین بودن سطح پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان و دانشجویان آن کشور است. بهطورکلی پیشرفت تحصیلی بهعنوان متغیر وابسته تحت تأثیر یک عامل نیست بلکه عوامل متعددی مانند عوامل شناختی و فراشناختی روی آن تأثیر دارند. پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری به دنبال بررسی اثر مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان انجامشده است. برای تحقق این هدف با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونهگیری طبقهای با انتساب متناسب 120 دانشجوی کشاورزی دانشکده کشاورزی مجتمع آموزش عالی سراوان به پرسشنامهای متشکل از خرده مقیاسهای مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی و پیشرفت تحصیلی، پاسخ دادند. نتایج حاصل از پایایی و روایی ابزارها، حاکی از قابلقبول بودن آنها بود. یافتهها بهطورکلی نشان دادند که سازه مهارتهای فراشناختی اثر مثبت و معنی داری بر سازه خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دارد. همچنین خودکارآمدی تحصیلی نیز بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. اما مهارتهای فراشناختی بهطور غیرمستقیم بر پیشرفت تحصیلی تأثیر دارد. در ادامه پژوهش نتایج مورد بحث قرار گرفت و پیشنهادهایی جهت افزایش مهارتهای فراشناختی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانشجویان ارائه شد.

واکاوی تعیینکنندهها و پیشرانهای توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی در ایران با رویکرد فراتحلیل
افزایش بحرانهای زیستمحیطی، فقر، بیکاری و مهاجرت، توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی را ضروری ساخته است. لذا این پژوهش با هدف واکاوی تعیینکنندههای کارآفرینی روستایی و پیشرانهای توسعه این نوع کارآفرینی انجام شده است. بهمنظور شناسایی عوامل تعیینکننده کارآفرینی روستایی نسبت به فراتحلیل 34 مقاله منتشر شده تا انتهای سال 1395 اقدام شد. پیشرانهای توسعه کارآفرینی در مناطق روستایی نیز از طریق مرور ساختاریافته 15 مطالعه انجام شده در حوزه کارآفرینی روستایی شناسایی شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که اندازه اثر سازههای مختلف در شکلگیری کارآفرینی روستایی یکسان نیست. بهنحویکه متغیرهای تجربه، شغل والدین، نگرش نسبت به کارآفرینی و ارتباطات دروناجتماعی اندازه اثر بزرگتری داشتند. بهمنظور توضیح بخشی از ناهمگونی یافتهها از دو متغیر جنسیت و میزان توسعهیافتگی مناطق بهعنوان متغیرهای تعدیلگر استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که با در نظر گرفتن نقش متغیرهای تعدیلگر، معنیداری اندازه اثر متغیرها تغییر نخواهد کرد و تنها میزان بزرگی یا کوچکی اثرگذاری متغیرها دستخوش تغییر قرار میگیرد. از سوی دیگر، مرور ساختاریافته مطالعات منتخب نشان داد که سازههای مختلفی به پیشبرد اهداف توسعه کارآفرینی روستایی کمک میکنند که مهمترین آنها تواناییهای کارآفرینانه، فرهنگ کارآفرینی، اصلاح یا تدوین قوانین حمایتی و دسترسی به سرمایه است.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناخت سازههای مؤثر و روشهای تغییر رفتار کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک در بین کشاورزان استان بوشهر است. در این تحقیق پیمایشی، 101 کشاورز با روش نمونهگیری طبقهبندی تصادفی از شهرستانهای بوشهر، دیّر و جم و ریز به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط اساتید دانشگاه و مرکز تحقیقات جهاد کشاورزی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی آن نیز با انجام مطالعه راهنما توسط 30 کشاورز خارج از جامعه آماری انجام شد؛ بهطوریکه ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ بین 91/0- 6/0 به دست آمد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که میزان استفاده کشاورزان مورد مطالعه از روشهای مبارزه زیستی و همچنین کودهای آلی و سبز، بیش از سایر روشهای کشاورزی ارگانیک است. همچنین طبق نتایج الگوی علّی، مؤلفههای سابقه کشاورزی، میزان استفاده و اثربخشی رسانههای ارتباطی، نگرش به پیامدهای منفی کشاورزی متداول، دانش نسبت به اصول کشاورزی ارگانیک، نگرش به گروه مرجع، نگرش به محیطزیست و سلامتی انسان و نگرش به کشاورزی ارگانیک از عوامل اثرگذار بر میزان بهکارگیری فعالیتهای کشاورزی ارگانیک توسط کشاورزان مورد مطالعه هستند. در پایان، پیشنهادهایی در راستای توسعه شیوه ارگانیک در منطقه ارائه شده است: انتخاب افراد تحصیلکرده و آموزش به آنان در راستای توسعه شیوه ارگانیک در منطقه، در اختیار قرار دادن عوامل زیربنایی توسعه این شیوه نوین کشاورزی، واگذاری تأمین این عوامل زیربنایی به مراکز خدمات و ترویج کشاورزی، ارتقاء مهارت های علمی و عملی کارشناسان و مروّجان منطقه در زمینه کشاورزی ارگانیک و محصولات سالم.

بررسی اثر ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر زنجیره ارزش در صنعت زنبورداری (مورد مطالعه: در استان اردبیل)
صنعت زنبورداری یکی از بخشهای تولیدی مهم کشاورزی است که با سرمایهای نسبتاً کم قادر به ایجاد اشتغال زیاد است و مدیریت دانش در این صنعت توسط زنبورداران به همراه اجرای دقیق زنجیره ارزش میتواند نقش مؤثری در شکوفایی هر چه بیشتر این صنعت بازی کند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر مدیریت دانش بر زنجیره ارزش در صنعت زنبورداری در استان اردبیل بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و جامعه موردمطالعه نیز زنبورداران استان اردبیل(3900=N) بودند. نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 345 نفر تعیین شد. ابزار اصلی مورداستفاده در تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامهای بود که روایی آنها بهوسیله افراد متخصصین و پایایی آن با استناد به ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. دادههای گردآوریشده در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی در نرمافزار SPSS16 مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از برازش مدل رگرسیون نشان داد ابعاد مدیریت دانش بر زنجیره ارزش در صنعت زنبورداری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. در بین ابعاد مدیریت دانش، بیشترین تأثیر را کسب دانش و کاربرد دانش بر زنجیره ارزش در صنعت زنبورداری دارند. با توجه به مقدار ضریب تعیین (62/0)، مدل از توانایی لازم برای تشریح رفتار متغیر وابسته برخوردار است.
